- darrensmartBlaenau Ffestiniog, UK92 contributionsExcellent experience .. and the wines didn’t disappoint. Well worth a visit to try some of the best wines on the island. - washington_wahineSeattle, WA3,424 contributionsHad a very nice dinner and wine here on our last night in Zakynthos. Dishes were very fresh, inspired, tasty, and beautifully presented. Service was perfect, and we loved the friendly pup and the relaxed vineyard atmosphere. If you get a chance to try the skin contact “orange” wine it’s spectacular.Written October 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nicola1223628 contributionsBeautiful scenery to start with. We walked to reception to be greeted by a cute doggy and cat then, a lovely host with a big smile and friendly manner who was helpful the whole of our visit. Unfortunately we were scammed by someone imposing to be them and charged $50 for some reason my partner who paid didn’t notice the $ and we didn’t question it. Theotoky themselves only charge I believe €12 a basic tour I would advise you ring them to book so you have no complications. Our host was very very kind with the complication charged us no more as we were scammed such a high amount. We had already had the tour and wine by this point. We said thank you very much and purchased our wine & oil. I would 100% recommend the products they are very good quality products that aren’t too expensive. I don’t even like olive oil but this one convinced me to buy a bottle as it tastes so nice.
We tried to book a taxi on the way out but our phones had no signal so had to ask for their help again, and they booked us a taxi no worries. While waiting I made friends with the dog.
So friendly I would return if I cane on holiday in the area in future.Written September 25, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This has to be booked in advance but the staff produced some excellent food to match the wines sampled & were great at catering for a gluten free diet.
You can have a short wine tasting if you turn up but I’d recommend booking if you can.

- darrensmartBlaenau Ffestiniog, UK92 contributionsTechnically closed, We arrived and initially had they said no to a tasting, but after some discussion they agreed to let us stay and have a tasting. We certainly were not dissapointed. A lovely setting and interesting wine & olive oil tasting. The man doing the tastings was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the local wines and oils and the processes etc.. we would definitely recommend a visit. Good value also.Written October 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- nsander219Chelmsford, UK654 contributionsWe enjoyed this visit. On entering the shop area we were told to wait for five minutes and the lady behind the counter would take us on a visit.
This is a small scale enterprise and we were shown through all areas with clear explanations. Questions were answered clearly. We were offered five of their wines for tasting. Bottles are also offered for sale.

- Lupo75Vienna, Austria8 contributionsBecause it was very personal, empathic, authentic and interesting tour. We felt that Ioanna makes everything with the beat of her heart. We liked the Muscat very much and as we are no wine growers, we ordered it at the same evening at dinner at Avli. Very delicate 😊Written September 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- BrandonMitchenerBrussels, Belgium48 contributionsThis micro-winery is a total gem, producing high quality wines from rare local Kakotrigis (white) and Skopelitiko (red and rosé) Corfu grape varieties. The husband-wife team of Sotiris and Irini Leivadioti have been perfecting wines made from the same two grape varieties for 30 years. The white wine has notes of jasmine, green apple and citrus peel that linger for a long while. The red wine is surprisingly complex and elegant for a young wine, with notes of ripe red fruit, pepper, star anisseed and licorice with a very long finish. Both wines are relatively low in alcohol, making them enjoyable even in Corfu's famously hot and humid weather. The winery is located on the only good road to one of Corfu's nicest beaches (Chalikounas) and just a stone's throw from Gardiki Castle, a 13th Century Byzantine castle. I highly recommend the wine and the very knowledgeable hosts, who speak English and French in addition to Greek.Written July 23, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
