Freezing weather but warm experience with the tour. Driver was punctual in meeting with us at our hotel. For some reason, the other party on the tour did not show up. After waiting in the car for 20 mins, the driver took us straight to the ferry terminal and the boarding process was super smooth and easy afterwards. Local guide Julia was knowledgeable and conducted the tour with comfortable pace, and accommodating to our need for a stop at a coffee shop. We were picked up by a driver to go to the terminal for the return trip without any issue. It feels that communication between the travel agent and the local travel company in Tallin could be more timely.

Fantastic guide with a lot of stories about the Finnish culture. So many interesting sites in this small Nordic capital. Well worth it

We were on a tour with Sanna. She did a great job touring us around, despite the rainy and cold weather. She was very knowledgeable on the sites and history of Helsinki, and gave us tips of what else was going on in the city that weekend. A good overview of the city and Suomenlinna! Would have enjoyed learning and doing more, but that would require a full day rather than a 5 hour tour. It went fast!

My tour guide was Christine. She was fabulous. The first thing shecdid was take a few moments to plan our day together, taking into consideration what I most wanted to see. She then also gave me additional choices and made recommendations. She made sure I was safe at all times given the slippery conditions. She not only could discuss all of the sites but also shared Finnish culture with me. Nikolai was our driver. He was efficient, a gentleman, and assisted me with a heavy piece of luggage. I highly recommend this tour and these two employees. I also now know where I want to go and what I want to see when I return in May.

We visited Porvoo for its history, and to get a sense of life outside Helsinki. Darius was a fantastic guide - knowedgeable, informative and friendly. Thanks for a great trip.

We got to the Senate Square in Helsinki and saw the tour guide with a Red Umbrella. Unbeknownst to us, we had booked a free tour with the 'Green Cap Tours'. But, it was one of the best mistakes for us to have made. Our tour guide was Stefan a German guide who said he was living in Finland for about 2 years. Our group ended up being just 3 people not including the guide. Stefan started the tour by giving us a bit of history about Finland and taught up some Finnish. As we walked to the different attractions, Stefan had a variety of props in his backpack like a 'molotov cocktail', Finnish candies, and chocolate. After stopping by the Uspenski Cathedral and telling us about the 'sugar cube', we all grabbed some refreshments where we chatted some more with Stefan. He showed us some of the different architectures that can be found though out Helsinki. Next, he brought us to the Old Harbor where he showed us where we could and get a sauna. We follow that up by going to the Esplanadi area and then to the train station. We finally finished up at the new library where Stefan brought us in to show the various activities that they provide in the library including a music room, rooms for playing XBox/PlayStation, a 3D printing machine, etc. All in all what was suppose to be a 2 hour tour became a 4 hour adventure with someone who felt like a new friend of ours. Stefan even provided us with a PDF that had more things we could do while in Helsinki. (Stefan if your are reading this we did go to Oishi 18 and they do have 'Omakase'). To wrap things up, this we was one of the best things we did to start our tour of Helsinki! If you happen to have Stefan as a guide, greet him with a 'Moi' and his friends from the US tell him 'kiitos'.

This was our favorite hiking tour in Finland! Jeff was very kind and knowledgeable of the forest. He educated us a lot during our hike and provided us with amazing food. This is a must if you are staying in Helsinki! You will be connecting with nature in a very special way.

A wonderful experience with Jeff. We luckily had a 1 on 1 tour as the other members of our group cancelled. Jeff was very friendly and very easy to get a long with.

The tour through the national forest was amazing and Jeff gave us a lot of information on the Forrest, the types of food and berries that grows there and a lot of information on wildlife.

We stoped for lunch and Jeff made a lovely
Campfire lunch, provided drinks and surprised us with a birthday cake adding to the experience to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday!

Jeff explained the sauna and cold plunge experience really well and what to expect. We really enjoyed this experience and would love to go again.

    Thank you

After careful review of our options, we chose Tallink for our day cruise. We arrived at the terminal early to purchase tickets and were accommodated quickly. We left at 10:30 am and returned at 1630 pm. While it was only a few hours in Tallinn we felt it was sufficient for us. The MegaStar had a beautiful garden deck that we sat in before spending lots of time shopping. We took the Star back and it was okay in comparison. The food was mediocre at best for both boats but overall we had a great experience

Despite the cold and rain, despite my poor clothes choice and despite being the only person on this tour, it was the best ever. A personal touch and rapport with tour guide Larisa (aka Lara) made my Helsinki tour the best Ive been on yet. Larisa was incredible at explaining history, architecture and all things food. From the impressive Lutheran Church down cobblestoned streets to protected apartments, through the waterside market and food market. Larisa knew the store holders personally and made perfect choices of Finnish delicacies for me to try. Note - no breakfast needed. Wandered up the esplanade to and incredible bakery for more to try and a warm cuppa. We passed through chocolate shops and department stores until parting ways with a warm hug at Stockmanns.
Wow, Larisa, you made my stay in Helsinki!
    Thank you x

We had a great time. We met our guide at 10am sharp an wandered the streets of Helsinki for almost 3 hours. Learned a lot about the complicated history of this wonderful city, ate some lovely food and saw some beautiful site. The only down side was that we travelled on a Sunday and a lot of places are closed then.
