    What a fabulous trip
Joel the guide was superb throughout and brought the trip and search for wildlife to life for us through his storytelling
Wildlife was abundant and sooooo close- incredible! Best trip we’ve done in ages!
Would not hesitate to recommend Joel at Africa sightings adventure for first class safari adventure.

What an absolutely brilliant experience. Well done Clint for running such a great company and a big shout out to our wonderful guide Steve!! Got picked up by a super friendly, experienced and knowledgeable guide, Steve. He was continuously on the look out and in communication with others to locate the game and we managed to get super close to elephants, zebras, baboons, buffalo, antelopes… He knew exactly where to go and when. Stopped for a lovely lunch which also exceeded our expectations. This experience was on par with Chobe National Park. Loved it, thank you!! Go ahead and book it - you’ll love it.

It was a very interesting tour.
We covered alot of mileage and saw alot of Addo.
Dino was very good and showed his experience in tracking the huge groups of elephants and to our delight two hyena.
I would have liked a short break in the picnic area for a drink and snack but nevertheless a
    Fabulous trip

We were on a cruise and were picked up at the port. We had to walk a short distance to the dock gates to meet Marilyn our guide but this is because either the port, cruise ships or their nominated tour companies are not letting other tour operators near the ship.
Marilyn was an excellent guide with lots of knowledge and enthusiasm for our trip to Schotia Safari park. After a short stop at a petrol station, for a comfort break and collecting supplies, we headed to the park.
We were in a jeep of 9 people and Marilyn was amazing at giving us all time to see and photograph the animals. We were able to get up really close but she always made sure we were safe and the animals happy with our presence.
Schotia has so much more than Addo in variety of animals. We saw lions, elephants, buffalo and rhinos among lots of other animals. We had a great 5 hours at Schotia including a short lunch break where we had sandwiches, crisps, cold beer and soft drinks.
Marilyn provided good commentary as we drove round and was amazing at spotting animals. Sunday River drivers kept in touch and shared tips on where the animals were so we didn’t miss any. Overall this was the best safari we have been on and the price was much less than the cruise companies were charging. Thank Marilyn for a really enjoyable day and I would recommend supporting a local company like Sunday River Adventures.

Amazing two days! Freddie looked after us day 1 and made sure we had plenty of water as the temperature went to 49 degrees. Boat trip was really relaxing and we survived the walk up the dunes in the heat. The giraffe safari was amazing and got really close for some great photos. Day 2 Sidwell was our Addo Safari tour guide - he was epic and so good at spotting all the animals…..all round great trip!

Great little tour operation! We were the only ones on our trip! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient and kind and ensured that I had a great time! He even modified things for me since my knees don't bend that well! I had a blast and felt so accomplished after doing this :) At the end, you can go down a steep dune and skim into the water on your belly (with a board of course!). Awesome!

As a group of eight people we had an excellent view at all animals from the vehicle and a sensitive tourguide with Graham, who knew exactly where to take us to see the most. The rivertour was a heartwarming and exciting plus. To climb the Alexander dune was very special and all explanations by the captain interesting and fun.
Thanks to Angelika who made all preparations from the office. Alan tours can be highly recommended.

Tobz was a phenomenal guide and I enjoyed every moment of this trip with him. He is very enthusiastic and it’s obvious that he loves his job. He was very informative and provided an educational but also fun and entertaining trip. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Our 4-day South African safari with guide John was an unforgettable experience. Day 1 at Addo Elephant Park showcased diverse wildlife, from lions to zebras. Day 2's Zebra National Park revealed hidden beauty and a thrilling cheetah walk. The valley of desolation on Day 3, followed by a night in Karoo, added a unique touch. Exploring the owl house and fossil tour on Day 4 was a delight. Fantastic views, superb food, and top-notch accommodation enhanced the journey, but John's expertise made it truly exceptional. Highly recommend this adventure and Afro Tours as THE place to book your tour!

    Best Regards, Clement and Chantal
