This is a very nice southern Italy town. Very clean overall and an upper end experience. Buildings in great shape compared to other places in southern Italy and especially the overall neglect and filth in Sicily.

Beautiful baroque cathedral both outside and inside. Magnificent stone sculptures throughout. Decorated with flowers for the wedding event taking place.
We even got to see a bride.

My husband and I came upon this great house museum by chance. It provided a fascinating glimpse into how the house had been used and who had lived there dating back to before C.E.- I.e. the birth of Christ. We spent a couple of hours there and for 5 euros we thought it was great value for money.
