Not much to see with the buildings, with castle as a ruin and Manor cordoned off

This place is easy to find and easy to access. There isn't a lot of information about the site but it's an interesting place and enormously photogenic.

We went to a Ger Wolfe concert there hosted by the HIgh Tide. They served wine and beer. We took friends and had a lovely evening

Great trail. Some parts of the southern section can be really challenging. I used an app called Hiiker to do it, which was pretty much a 100% necessity as some sections there is little or no signage and it can get a bit confusing. The book is also good.

I camped a lot of the Way by asking permission of farmers (mostly 😅). I think you need a top-notch tent to do it. I have a Zpacks Duplex tent, and you need that level and quality of waterproofing. I had a groundsheet as well that was a necessity. I used a combination of gators and trail runners, but I was happy enough to get my feet wet in places. I feel like I got pretty lucky with the weather for the most part but equally, I experience the 4-seasons in a day weather the odd time!

Disappointed that they were closed. Could have used some important route information. Got help from local merchants.

Easy to find and navigate. A bit of a scramble to get to the top of the circle. Tough on a rainy day but great way to feel 1000 years ago.

Very cozy traditional Irish pub located in a quaint town. Food and drinks ( also many non-alcohol choices) were a great variety and very good. If you want to learn about a WWII war hero ask the owner to tell you her father’s story- mesmerizing and heroic!

From start to finish it was an extraordinary experience - this was a world renowned pianist at home performing magnificently in the wonderful ambience of his sitting room, on a grand piano. He was accompanied by a Welsh tenor and delicious food was served at the interval by his partner, Suzanne.
