We booked the Canoe trip through TrailFinders for our family of 4 (inc. our boys aged 10 and 12). We canoed about 14km overall through sun, wind and rain with a group of 7 others in 3 canoes, stopping for lunch after our portage to setup at Joe Lake. Our guide Andrew was brilliant throughout, giving us thorough explanations, good humour and endless detail about the lakes and the surrounding area. All in all, this was a great day out for the family with incredible views and memories made, and I can highly recommend it. Thank-you, Captain Andrew!

Tom was a really nice guy, shared interesting local and personal history, catered to picky lunch eaters and everyone had a great time!

Heather expertly guided us throughout this beautiful region allowing us to lay back & enjoy the voyage of discovery while she took care of the details. If you’re looking for a personally catered adventure tour with a local guide who knows all the ins & outs - then don‘t hesitate to jump on board - she will deliver just what you‘re looking for & most probably even more. Honest, friendly, communicative & fun-loving — I can whole-heartedly recommend Heather as an experienced guide who is truly passionate about providing an excellent service by creating magical, unforgettable memories to cherish for a lifetime. Thanks again for everything!!

It would be difficult to write this review any better that Tom did from Feruary 2022 so please look at that. We were two couples in our 70's with little to no experience with snowmobiles. Tom's patience with us and his enquiries about what sort of terrain we would like to do were excellent. The trails and scenery were wonderful, the machines fun to drive and doing it with Tom as our tour guide topped it off perfectly. Highly recommended.

I went in February for 3 days snowmobile trip Monday to Wednesday, with Robin, it all started with the amazing online reservation that really was so good and easy as it explains in details what to expect. Then the promptness of timing, right on the dot all group members met at 12:15 together with the snowmobile providers. We managed to go first day 4 hours then second day whole 6 hours then another 3 hours last day (due to weather restrictions). Accomodation was very nice, very clean, food was delicious, no wifi which might be a surprise to some but it's actually very detoxing for mind and soul, we actually enjoyed the company of the rest of the group each evening around the fire wood place, really enjoyable, Robin has enough team to accomodate various skills and experiences, he really goes the extra mile to make everyone at ease and enjoyable. He also does his best within the trails and weather limitations utilizing his experience to come around with different options if need be. I am actually looking forward to my next trip with Robin.

Javier is a very knowledgeable and kind guide. It was difficult to find a day trip into nature from Toronto and this tour exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend taking a trip with Toronto eco tours to explore a bit of nature!

We did this trip on Monday 4th September and there were 10 of us in total. We were picked up by Lenka at 8am on Dufferin Street (a 20 min trip from Downtown in uber-cost about $18).

The bus was clean and tidy and air conditioned and very comfortable. It was an 1.30 hr drive to Niagara Falls. Lenka had looked at weather and altered the itinerary to make the best of the day.

We went straight to Niagara Falls and had 2.5hours there. We had already bought the boat tickets (and the rest of the group did so on the morning with Lenka purchasing the tickets quickly). As we were there for 9.30/10 there were no lines and we were quickly admitted on the funicular down to the boat. It was a great experience- would definitely recommend doing this. They give you a poncho and the trip lasts about 15/20 mins. We then had time to walk the route to the falls stopping for coffee at Tim Hortons on the route. The timing was perfect.

We then went to Niagara on the Lake where we had 1.5hr to explore and get lunch. This is a lovely little town and we had a great meal at the Bistro Lenka recommended. Also definitely get a Cows ice cream.

We then drove to the Maple Syrup farm and winery to do wine tasting. We also stopped to do a quick view of Bolls Falls. We didn't do the short hike i think due to lack of time which we didn't mind as it was a very full day. Lenka was very organised and made everything very easy, taking time to point out attractions and tell us the history of places we were visiting.

Lenka kindly dropped us off downtown Toronto and we arrived back at 7pm (bit later than normal due to labour day traffic).

This is a great trip and worth the money. We definitely wouldn't have been able to do everything we did on our own- its so worth doing this guided trip. Great day out- thanks Lenka.
