    Sur la Plage
    What a wonderful expansive, clean and tidy beach. Fantastic for all beach lovers. There a host of good quality cocktail bars and restaurants actually on the beach and even more just off. Only a few hundred yards from the town centre this really is a wonderful destination for a break.

    Fewer stores than before
    Before when I came with my parents there were a lot of stores in this street but over time they disappear it's a shame

    I live here
    Touquet is a beautiful city, I completely like it, it's small and calm, this is a perfect place to spend sometime without being stressed.

    A short break way in beautiful French town
    We loved our stay in Le Touquet. Our accommodation, close to the Phare, was great with secure parking and close to all the local amenities. This is our fourth time here, well worth a visit.

    Fun market
    Thoroughly enjoyed this market, typically French foods and a vast selection of stalls. Get there early as it gets busy quickly.

    Worthwhile Visit
    The main element I enjoyed was the combination of lighting and the atmospheric monastic Psalms being sung while visiting the church. I also loved the wooden ceiling above the Alter. It was shaped like a hull of a boat.

    Good local paintings
    not the easiest place to find and quite a walk from the town but worth the effort for the selection of paintings of local scenery and the history of Le Touquet. There is section of more modern art which may appeal to some although it wasn't to my taste.

    Disappointing.
    Restaurant Le Foret was disappointing. No ambiance and very poor service. However the food and the prices were good. Could be very attractive with improvements.

    Excellent free WiFi
    We visited this office several times to get free WiFi. We found it very fast and robust. We could not always find a seat because the room only offers 4 armchairs to visitors. We appreciated the days when the large room behind was open, offering dozens of comfortable seats.
    This tourist office is about to move next year by the main beach. Hopefully WiFi quality will stay at its best !

    A solemn testament to the soldiers who risked it all
    The story of monchy-le-preux is an an incredible story of 10 soldiers of an HQ section holding off 2 companies of Germans. Erected shortly after ww1, it is one of 6 caribou (5 in Europe, 1 in Newfoundland).

    This small piece of Newfoundland soil should be visited by any historian and further more by any Newfoundlander in the area.

    Bloody decks !!!

    Located in the shopping street, it is a small casino, we advise you to go to the large one which is much more majestic.

    We passed by by chance, it is a pretty building with a beautiful architecture, we did not go inside because we didn t need it
