Craig did a great job throughout the day communicating and making the day flow in a way that we never felt rushed or staying in on place too long. Adding the cheese and chocolate stop perfectly broke up the day. Having the added distillery stops was fun as well. Highly recommend and would do it again. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine and cheese tasting at two fat blokes, it was definitely the highlight of the day! The vodka and cider tastings were also delicious and fun to experience! Lunch was in a country club with great food. I would rather have another winery in place of the cheese tasting, but others may like a break on the alcohol. We loved the wine & cheese pairing at 2 Fat Blokes and the picnic lunch! Our day started early with a visit to a wildlife park where we saw my favorite, the koalas. He then treated us to local chocolates and cheeses, which were incredibly tasty. The highlight of the day was visiting two wineries that Sam had handpicked based on our preferences - a really thoughtful touch that made the experience stand out. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the tour a total delight. Both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed. This is a MUST do Hunter Valley experience. My husband and I had an amazing time.
The staff were so friendly, their wine knowledge was outstanding. We've learned so much about wine plus had an unforgettable picnic by the vines.
