    Absolutely breathtaking scenery!!
The tour guide was fun and very informative.
The cruise was just at the start of the wet so there was plenty of waterfalls.

It was a long day and Tim the bus driver kept us going with bits of information as we drove down "the track" but to me the highlight was the boat trip and a huge shout out to the young woman who was our guide and boat driver on the Gorge. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she was engaging, funny and knowledgeable and had nija boat driving skills.

We had a wonderful long day, first stopping at the beautifully kept Adelaide River War memorial, then to Edith Falls which was pretty and many of our tour group went into the natural pool, through Katherine which was so much bigger then I first thought. After arriving at the gorge we went aboard the boat and out into the beautiful gorge. Natures gift. We did two boat rides on 2 gorges with full commentary. Walking a short distance between both. Our bus tour driver was competent and very knowledgeable, felt quite safe in his capable hands.

We have been here several times and it only gets better.

Best done in the morning, the sunrise on the gorge walls is awesome.

This time we did the dinner cruise which was great, well worth it.

2 gorge trip with dinner and bar available.

A bit of walking involved between gorges but If you want to you can wait for the dining boat.

    Good commentary.

Ends in the dark so bring a torch.

    Dear Tom,
Thanks for the great night, I had so much fun there and my favorite part was the dog race and I can’t believe that my team aka dotty won and loved the part that when the goats standing on the horses back and all of it is great. But I have a challenge for you, can you please make all of the animals run around you whilst you are singing a song please and I will very much enjoy that thank you and I will be at your Pinjarra concert and thanks for doing all of this for this country.

Kakadu is an amazing place to visit! The scenery us beautiful. But what really made the trip for me was our tour guide Elliott. He was super informative on many different topics , wildlife, history, daily life in the top end. If you have any interest in bush tucker or the cultural information of the area then this tour is for you, I learnt so much! There is something for everyone. Camps are comfortable and the food is tasty. There was never a dull moment but still plenty of time for your own space.
Thanks Elliott for the fantastic trip. Would 100% recommend and would definitely go on another tour in the future.

This was a really interesting trip to the caves. 2 pieces of advice. Bring a drink bottle as it can get quite humid and warm at the end of the tour. Wear comfortable walking shoes as there is a little walk to the caves and there are quite a few stairs down into the caves. We learnt a lot and the guide was patient and knowledgeable. It was a really good experience.

had the most amazing experience you could imagine with this tour group.
our Guide was Rick, I can't explain how knowledgeable and experienced this man is in life and skills, prob one of the best drivers I've ever seen.
this guy is also as wise as he is skilled. this tour exceeded my expectations.
from what I saw and learned from Rick on this tour was exactly what I needed to experience the top end of Australia. legendary bloke. what an adventure it was.
the man can cook too and make you laugh at the same time. Def a must tour with this guy.
    stay awesome

Had a brilliant day with Captain "Air" Jordan. Sunrise from the air over Darwin was amazing and the day just kept getting better. The helicopter ride above the Katherine Gorge gives a spectacular perspective of the size and beauty not able to be truly appreciated by land. The cruise provides an up close experience of the Gorge. If you only have a short time in the Top End, treat yourself to an unforgettable day.

Our guide for the day Rasa was professional, kind, knowledgeable, fun and catered for our needs.
The boat trip was on a small environmentally friendly boat allowing everyone a good view of crocodiles in their natural habitat.
The fishing walk was really fun allowing us to learn about aboriginal culture while exploring the beach and mangroves.
I would highly recommend Sacred Owl tours and would book another tour with them if we get to this part of the world again!!!

The itinerary was amazing! The Bungles Bungles was something quite special. Further a lot of lovely gorges, wow. All those views were incredible ✨
Also the swag camping is a unique experience. Further, good campsites, good food, our amazing guide Dan and we had everything we needed. What makes this tour/ tour company special? We camped a night at one of the islands of lake Argyle. Not every company does that and it was actually one of the highlights, bushcamping at an Lake Argyle Island :)

Last but not least. Dan was the best tourguide! He was funny, passionate about his job and he can tell anything about the wildlife, nature and geology. We had the best time with him. Dan is a legend 🤗

Our tour guide Danni was exceptional. Being a member of the local community meant she gave us insights into the sites we visited above and beyond what was available to other tourists. I was left with a whole new appreciation of the skills and endurance of the indigenous peoples to survive for thousands of years in this environment. Danni made our visit a very memorable one for my husband and I. . Thankyou.

We only had 3 days in Darwin and really wanted to see Kakadu. This seemed like a great option. Jordan was our pilot. He was informative and enjoyable to spend the day with. We had an early start from Darwin, and flew to Katherine with sights pointed out from above. In Katherine we took a taxi to Katherine Helicopters where we got a thrilling helicopter tour of Katherine Gorge. Our pilot was a wealth of information, and seeing the gorge from that perspective was awesome. We then flew to Cooinda, and Jordan was able to point out Twin Falls and Jim Jim Falls. Very little water as it is dry season, but great to see these places. In Cooinda we had a look around before boarding the yellow water cruise. We enjoyed the cruise and saw lots of crocs and wetland birds. After the cruise we had an enjoyable lunch in Cooinda Lodge and then flew back to Darwin feeling like rockstars. We had a great day. The folks at Kookaburra Air have a well organized plan and Jordan was an absolute delight.
