Lunch was in a country club with great food. I would rather have another winery in place of the cheese tasting, but others may like a break on the alcohol. - Kylie P12 contributionsWe started the day with the very entertaining Dave who was happy to share his wealth of knowledge of the area including but not limited to wineries food and their heritage. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with.
The wine, chocolate and cheese experiences we indulged in were both varied and delicious.

Sam and the team were very communicative from the start ensuring we had all information upfront. The tour itself was really lovely. We visited 2 wineries in the hunter valley region and I personally loved Allandale the best. Sam, our guide, did a great job balancing everyone’s interests and preferences.
The visit to the sanctuary was also really lovely, we saw koalas, kangaroos and many other interesting reptiles and animals.

The gentle clip clop of the majestic Clydesdale amongst the beautiful vineyards of the Hunter what more could you ask for. With our expert driver with her total understanding and love for her horses we felt totally safe as she took us to 2 wineries and finished with cheese and chocolate.
