Great we'll organized place. Lots to see with the underground overhead aquarium being the highlight. Fish, jellyfish, frogs, penguins, sharks, rays, touch pool.

Did the two-tank dive with Chris (the diver) and Chris (the skipper). Cold westerlies on the surface but fantastic diving conditions on the wreck.

Chris was very well organised and safe. When we were on the wreck he guided us to see the best corals and fish, adapting the plan to what we saw along the way.

The skipper moved the boat into the lee of Old Woman Island between dives for some coffee and hot soup.

We stopped here on our 300 km drive from North Lakes to Hervey Bay.
After visiting the twin lighthouses at Caloundra, we drove 15 km north to the free parking lot at Point Cartwright, lucky to snag a spot. We took a selfie at the long view of Wurtulla Beach before joining several dog walkers for 300m to the huge blue water tank covered with sea life murals, and just behind, the tall lighthouse built in 1979. At this commanding spot, we looked over the bay toward Sunshine Coast, spotting several surfers and small sailboats while another couple was watching a frolicing whale just offshore noting we are near the end of the humpback season. What a beautiful spot of Australian nature.

We visited a number of restaurants and boutiques in this complex; there is a lot to see and do and some restaurants have a lovely view of the water.
It’s well worth a visit, we visited See, RiceBoi, a Greek and Mexican. It seems there is something for everyone and it’s very clean too.

I called to book my appointment the day before; customer service was amazing and I was booking for a Tuesday so I didn’t have any trouble getting a spot.
I booked a taxi with Sun coast cabs that never showed up so I had to jog the 1.5k from our accommodation to the location, I called reception and explained that I would be a little late, they were polite and fine with my being late.
I was first up for the morning so went straight in - the massage was amazing!!!! The facial was nice but there was nothing applied to the eyes or lips so I felt like it wasn’t complete.
45 minutes in the salt room.. I became pretty anxious and uncomfortable when I first entered but it didn’t take me long to focus on some meditation, gratitude, and how pretty the glowing rocks were. I was expecting an actual cave, this is not the case - it is a room with rocks and walls of salt. Still impressive and a really nice experience.
Would absolutely recommend! Also I booked the ‘January special’ which I thought was a very reasonable price for the service.

The best couples massage we have had! Absolute bliss. Hubby has had a recent ankle operation and he enjoyed the massage on his ankle so much. Honestly, I forgot about all the ‘life’ issues and enjoyed being in the moment. Thank you so much for making this experience so relaxing for us - this is what we both needed.
