Leonardo was amazing! We spent the day with him and allowed him to tske us to his favourite places around Rome. I've already mentioned to my family and friends in NZ to book through Luke limousine if they ever get to Rome. I'll definately be back one day

This was an amazing excursion! David, our driver and guide was beyond excellent. We saw more, and did more than I have done on any other excursion. Cannot recommend this trip any higher. If you get the chance, make sure you do it!

If you are debating on whether to go on this class, read this review.
We booked the class with the hope not only to learn how to make pasta but also discover something about the culture as well as the wine (for which the town is known for) and we did not get disappointed.
Nico, our guide and teacher was amazing. He took great care of our group which consisted of 10 people. The tour started at the train station in Frascati which is very easy to reach by train from Rome. The train journey takes around half an hour (ticket 2,10€ per person).
From there Nico showed us around the town and we got to know some interesting facts and history of the beautiful town.
The class started with a tasting of two very good wines of the family production as well some local cheese and hams. You can buy a whole bottle of the wine to enjoy during the cooking class that begins after.
You learn the difference between the different types of pastas and how to make the traditional Roman sauces (Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara and Amatriciana). The cooking itself it a lot of fun, after which you get to enjoy your own made pasta.
We couldn’t recommend the tour more!
If you want to learn an easy way of preparing delicious pasta as well as escape the touristic crowds of Rome, this course is definitely for you!
PS. Best regards to Nico and the team, we had a great afternoon and evening in Frascati, thank you! 🙂

Excellent tour and guide. We thought about touring on our own, but these sites really need a professional guide to get the history and culture of the times. Joseph was excellent. Based on previous TripAdvisor reviews, we opted to do our own lunch. Taverna Dracula was outstanding.

The tour overall was great and the tour guide, Christina, was really good. The lunch in Tuscany was amazing as was the visit to Orvieto. We loved Assisi and visiting both churches.
The only unpleasant part of the tour was the bus ride. The temperature on the bus was freezing in the morning then way too hot on the way home. We asked the driver to adjust multiple times, but it was still not pleasant.
Also, the tour guide in Assisi was very knowledgeable, but sounded like she read a script most of the time.

It was amazing! Our driver/guide Patrick was the best we have ever had. He was funny, sensitive to our needs and made each person feel like they were special. He took us to places that were only for “locals” and that really weren’t well know as point of interest but were so exciting I couldn’t image why more people didn’t know about. I cannot say enough about this, my husband even said “wow what a great day” and his usually comments is the as good. Going with Patrick should be a requirement

This service was excellent. Made arriving so smoothe, and my driver was lovely, and communicated well with me about where to meet, etc. Appreciate you making the start of my trip so wonderful!

Rolando was the best tour guide. This was the best way to see Rome. He took us directly to each place we wanted to see. He told us the best time to visit each place when it wasn’t as crowded. Rolando also accommodated us when I booked for the wrong day. He is very professional. If you are looking for a tour guide in Rome, Rolando is your guy.

Well organized tour of Rome. Miki our guide was excellent. You can tell he has a passion of the history of his country. Miki shared many details of the history and kept us on time.
Miki also made sure we were safe from the pickpockets around Rome.

Matteo and team are amazing. Matteo (and Cristiano!) went out of our way to make us feel at home. They were very communicative, super polite, and patient. When we needed some last minute tickets for the Vatican, one WhatsApp message to Matteo was all it took to book a tour with an amazing tour guide. Would use them again anytime.

Tired of large group shore excursions with your shipmates? Been to Rome before??
Try this cooking class as an alternative. We made veal saltimbocca, gnocchi, and tiramisu from scratch! We have done this in Puerto Rico, Barcelona, etc. Olga and Matteo are the best!!!!

It was a lovely day. Learning about the sites was very interesting. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared good information.
I didn’t know you could purchase this tour without lunch, that would have been a better option. The food and wine at the selected restaurant was terrible! It was the first time in Italy (after being here 2 months) that the wine served was awful! If you have an extra day in your Rome schedule I would recommend doing this trip.

We began our week in Rome with this tour which was absolutely brilliant, thanks to our guide Sonia. The group was small - just four of us - and Sonia tailored our tour round Ostia Antica to our individual interests. Nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely knowledgeable - currently studying for her second masters degree. She went above and beyond for us, so the tour took much longer than the official time allocated. Money extremely well spent.
    Thank you Sonia!
