    Modo Yoga Stoney Creek 5*
    I have been attending both yoga and barre classes. Love, love, love! Instructors are non judgemental and provide simple instruction. Atmosphere is welcoming and calming. Thank you, Modo!

    Well worth a visit to have a halo-therapy salt cave session
    Had my first salt Cave Room experience and within minutes of starting the session felt my lungs getting lighter and functioning better and my breathing getting better and I could breathe deeper and clearer than I have in 6 months. By the end of the session I’d felt better than I have the last 6 months after suffering with long Covid symptoms that have affected the use of my lungs and left me with low blood pressure and low O2 levels and severe lung scarring. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease and make sure that you have an incredible experience. Definitely coming back for more sessions. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel better and rejuvenate themselves.

    Wedding party
    Had a great time at the spa, went with my bridesmaids. The staff were friendly, made us wine with strawberries, kept coming with refills, made us feel spoiled. Final outcome was great. Very happy.
