Even when I needed to reschedule, they promptly reached out to understand the issue. A day before the tour, I got the latest updates, including a photo of the guide, a weather update, and other important details, which showed their attention to detail and care.
Michal, our guide, was punctual and ready to go. The tour demands a certain level of fitness and stamina due to the steep walking and climbing involved, but it was absolutely worth it. The tour is well planned and timed, I found the boat part a bit tiring because it went round and round the same places covering very little of the river and we basically saw the same buildings where we had walked through or already seen. I cannot say enough about our guide, Rosie. Her knowledge of the country and the Castle District was obvious. She shared a lot of information, not only about the history of Prague but also provided context about what was happening in the world during the key events. I also enjoyed gaining insight into the people of the Czech Republic. I find their pride in their nation and culture inspiring.
Rosie was patient and ensured she met every need of our group of about 20. She was willing to spend extra time to answer questions and provide recommendations about dining options and other must-see attractions.

The mood is set with candlelight (and only candlelight so beware if your eyesight isn’t great), music and the unlimited wine and beer! The show its self is a lot of fun, bit silly but still fun!

We went just around sunset which was perfect as we were on the water during golden hour with beautiful skies and then dark. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, and made sure that Everyone in the group had a Good day.

We had a large group of 25 and she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to wrangle all of us - and still had time to talk to us individually and answer our questions. My husband and I went on this day trip to see the Church of Bones, which was a fantastic sight to behold - but Gaby's tour had a ton of other stops with beautiful architecture, history, and great stories.
