... pathways, small and large churches, palace buildings, a large cathedral, a stone bridge with a natural deep moat, lush green gardens and beautiful flowers and trees and the view of a city with a thousand spires.
Towering above Prague, the Castle District has a lot of sites to see, including (allegedly) the largest castle in the world, two cathedrals, palaces, government buildings, cloisters, monastery, library, brewery, etc.

However, entering into this beautifully decorated baroque church to view the Infant Jesus Of Prague while attending Mass would be a wonderfully humbling experience for any person involved in the Christian faith.
This modest Carmelite church near the Charles Bridge is reputedly the most-visited religious site in the city, featuring as it does a side alter honoring the Infant Jesus.

Take a rest here and enjoy the view on Prague from the upper terrace.
Mercifully the number of visitors is way less than many other Prague sites.

The babies depending on your point of view are either very funny which I thought they were were or horrendously ugly and disturbing which my twin brother Stephen thought they were.
this place is a must visit not for the sculptures, but for the big garden near it with a view to the river.

I would recommend coming to view the wall on one of your down days and then you can stroll through the park and along the river front.
Some sights are meant to be super serious such as certain museums, battlefields etc.

Climb to the summit and views are awesome with unparalleled views of Charles Bridge and the majestic River Vltava.
This is one of the most impressive views I have seen either from the tower or looking at it walking down from Charles Bridge!

THE HOLY TRINITY COLUMN is yet another fine architectural site ,one of many in the Mala Strana ( little quarter) area of Prague.
Sitting in a restaurant directly across from the Holy Trinity Column, I happened to check the site on Trip Advisor, and see what the name of the monument was.

The little bridge you can view the mill up close looks nice with a collection of love padlocks adorning the bridge.
There were many padlocks on the lover’s bridge too which provided a photo opportunity to take all three sights of the Water Mill, Water Sprite (Goblin/Gnome) and the padlocks basically from the one spot.

In a city with so many captivating sites and views the Lovers Bridge is a little less touristic but still just as beautiful as some of the more famous sites in this most gorgeous of cities.
A small bridge over the Čertovka, but a truly idyllic senary ... a romantic view of the nooks and crannies in Prague's neighborhoods.
