Mozart Dinner

... Daniel Klánský, both members of the Czech Opera Houses, kept us spellbound throughout their performances and they were backed by five instrumentalists from the National Theater, all dressed in period costumes.
This concert is held in the fantastic gilded and mirrored ballroom of the Grand Bohemian Hotel, built in 1927, in Old Town and consisted of arias from Don Giovanni and The Magic Flute.

We are fans of the performing arts and very fortunate to have seen the opera, The Bartered Bride by Czech composer Bedrich Smetana, in its original version, at this beautiful historic theater.
There are plenty of concession stands throughout the theatre, and a glass of Champagne on the terrace of the National Theatre overlooking the river is just divine.
