- stephens473Nottingham, UK435 contributionsIf you are expecting a Business Class Lounge you will be bitterly disappointed , as a Gold Member with BA we have used many " Business Lounges " on our travels and this certainly isn't.
Awful seating , dirty tables , substandard fittings more like a transport cafe .
No fresh fruit , no yogurt , stale bread and no champagne or sparkling wine .
Very surly , unhelpful staff ( apart form the receptionist ) .
The only positive were the toilets which were clean and modern.
