If you are expecting a Business Class Lounge you will be bitterly disappointed , as a Gold Member with BA we have used many " Business Lounges " on our travels and this certainly isn't.
Awful seating , dirty tables , substandard fittings more like a transport cafe .
No fresh fruit , no yogurt , stale bread and no champagne or sparkling wine .
Very surly , unhelpful staff ( apart form the receptionist ) .
The only positive were the toilets which were clean and modern.
BA if you are expecting customers to use this lounge you need to take some drastic measures to improve the experience.
