- Karim FFlers, France19 contributionsAt the Swisshotel in Tallinn for a week, my wife and I decided to take advantage of the sports and relaxation facilities of the spa. The place is magnificent and pleasant but we were verbally attacked by the reception agent while we were looking at what the equipment looked like before booking treatments. the lady spoke to us violently and without politeness and returned to her office as if nothing had happened, not even a hello or any polite expression. I went to see her to tell her that I found that this way of speaking to us was not correct and I told her but if we do not look and visit then put up a sign or something indicating that it is forbidden to Go to this side which is located in the sports area accessible to all users of the hotel. the lady only repeated it's private it's private in a condescending way and it doesn't apologize for the tone and the way in which she addressed us. Annoyed, I left to cut short the conversation.
