I've been to the Teletorn twice: once during the day and once in the evening (for a discounted price). In the evenings, the exhibitions and shop are closed, and you don't get a free welcome drink as promised. During the day, everything is open and the experience is far more enjoyable.

Stopped here as part of the a walking tour of old town, the spot offers nice views of old town, specifically the lower old town. Nice photo opportunities.

Beautiful medieval architecture excellent preserved. The wall surround the Old City and the towers are the main attraction. The tower is the first you can see coming from Viru gates on the right hand.

Piieskopi on Toompea is not only a viewing plattform; you first walk through a nice small garden; the former Bishop's garden, that dates from 13 th century. It's a oasis of rest during the day when the old town is crowded with tourists.
