I booked a taxi to Riga airport, and they sent a car from a completely different company. The taxi reeked of cigarette smoke, which made the ride unbearable, especially for our family. To make things worse, the driver was reckless, driving rashly while constantly giving inappropriate, unsettling looks to my wife—even staring at her while driving! It was incredibly disturbing. On top of that, they added 10 extra euros to the meter with no explanation. The service was rude, unprofessional, and downright uncomfortable. - KohmetusHelsinki8 contributionsWe booked a classic limousine from Luxlimu for our birthday party group just to drive around Tallinn for a while and we were hundred percent satisfied with our experience. The driver spoke very good English and had a great sense of humour. The car was exactly what we wanted, e.g. classic limousine with sofa seats, a bottle holder and glasses for our drinks, music, colour lights and all the bells and whistles. - thais kCopenhagen, Denmark1,635 contributionsOrdering on the webpage is easy- you have to pay on arrival, they do not take creditcards. Driver was not friendly at all.
Called the company the day before departure and reconfirmed, as I had no information from the company. I was told everything was ok.
Next day, they never showed up...The charge was EUR17 per way- which is among the cheapest in Tallinn for a prebooked transfer. I paid EUR5.70 for a taxi from hotel to TLL airport.
