Decent facility, a little dated but much larger than I had realized. Lots of fun rides. Clean and reasonably maintained.

We made a brief stop here and our kids (ages 17-21) really enjoyed it. Beautiful bluffs. Plenty of trails. The kids were ‘done’ sooner than the parents were, but we didn’t plan for a whole afternoon of hiking

This truly was the best part of our trip. We really enjoyed the ride there and back too. I would go again. The snack bar was nice too.

I'm not a huge art fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. There's such a wide variety of art that everyone should be able to find something they enjoy. i.e. furniture with artistic carvings, handmade toys, woodwork, metal clocks, as well as all the paintings. I enjoy Georgia O'Keefe paintings, and they had several there. The building is beautiful as well and is located right on Lake Michigan. Admission is fairly steep for adults, but they are a North American Reciprocal Museum, so I was able to get in free since I have a membership at another museum. I went during the week and was able to get free 3-hour street parking on Lincoln Memorial Drive. There is also parking at the War Memorial Center, which is just north of the Art Museum. Their rates seem to compare with the parking garages, but proceeds go toward the War Memorial Center.

I visited the last Friday in September. The museum was conveniently located only about 3 blocks from the Amtrak station where I had several hours to visit before I left. The cost was $24, but discount rates apply for seniors, veterans, etc. There was no line to get in. Staff advised to start on the 2nd floor and finish on the bottom floor. They have lockers for your backpack or purse if you wish to leave them there. I saw a few people take the guided tour with an I-pad, but I didn't. I'm not sure if there is a parking fee as I walked there, but they allowed visitors on Harley's to park right in front with no fee.

The museum was filled with historical facts about HD motorcycle development throughout the years starting in 1903 when they began. There were plenty of antique Harley's on display from various years including early belt driven models over a century old, WW2 models, mail delivery models, models from the AMF years and so much more. There were exhibits on their racing history, engine models over the years, gas tanks and how HD's have evolved over the years up to modern day EVO models which are their most expensive.

Next to the museum is a gift shop and a discounted HD clothing and accessory building both of which I briefly visited. I learned a LOT about HD's during my visit and would highly recommend it for motorcycle enthusiasts. I spent a little over 2 1/2 hours there, but you can expect to stay longer if you read more of the exhibits and watch the video on driving a Harley.

My husband and our 4 month old came to the market for lunch. We parked across the street on the road and it wasn’t too expensive to park. Lots of different food options inside! I had an açai bowl and my husband had tamales. We also got some orphan cheese and some meats. There is additional seating upstairs and elevator access.

What a great experience arrive early and enjoy the walk around the park. Lots of things to do little booth set up once you get inside the stadium stake your claim your 18 inches of bleacher seat. Definitely bring some sort of cushion for rent one of theirs otherwise you will lose your seat every time you get up.

Bucket list item so if you can get there, I would highly recommend it

Rick and Susan are technically excellent, their presentation is engaging, and the pace is perfect. They mix humor and smiles with audience engagement and perform illusions...big and small...that are seemingly impossible. We make the drive to see them every few years and are always glad we did.

Very well done tour and interesting stories about Pabst. We use a mobility scooter and they were able to get us throughout the house and the tour. Some of the turns were a bit tight but they were accommodating . The home is beautiful with each room done differently. There is a small gift shop at the street.

We weren't sure about going here because of the reviews, saying it had tight spaces, was dusty, dark, lots of stairs, unlevel, lots of walking, once your in your can't get out till the end. That's all true in a way, The tight spaces, were in the main house and gate house part section 1 just because the ceilings were low, I don't like tight places, but there was such a small area that felt that way, it created no problem for me. The rest of the areas were no problem at all. As far as the dusty and dark again, not something I was looking forward to, but it had low lights, but plenty of light to see, and some dust on some things, that would be hard to reach to dust, but I thought everything was well taken care of, from the reviews i read I was expecting cobwebs and dirty old junk just displayed in a Ramshackled. way. But everything was displayed very nicely and according to what they were, like the many guns were displayed together, dolls doll houses displayed together, ect
As far as the stairs, unlevel paths, I have a knee issue, so I was very concerned about that issue, but again, not anything at all a problem, there are some stairs, but not bad, not really to many unlevel areas mostly on main house, the rest of the areas had wide level halls, you will be going up some ramps then down some Ramps thru out the place, but all manageable walking. There are lots of benches and 2 different dining areas with seating. As far as not getting out once your in is not true there are many emergency exit doors thruout complex. For reference we are in our 60's with knee and ankle problems, we went in Sept weather was about 80 degrees. Not to crowded, we made it thru to the end taking several rest times on the benches thru out. if it was crowded and hotter, maybe we would have felt a little more claustrophobic.
We enjoyed it very much, It was a unique experience to see a man's artistic envision. Our favorite room was the Carousel room, The colors, the angels floating about, it was beautiful. We found out the angels were mannequins, that he had acquired and displayed on the ceiling as angels. So cteative.
The huge vases with flowers and dragons out front were really neat. The women's bathroom by the second dining area was really interesting the sinks were built in to the rocks.

Visited the Lakefront Brewery at the start of a USA mid-west Road trip.
We figured if you visit Milwaukee you do beer. We made the right choice.
JD was excellent. Passionate, enthusiastic, very funny and so knowledgeable.
He steered us through the process with aplomb, managed the slightly difficult guests beautifully and gave us a new understanding and appreciation of the craft.
    The beer was delicious too.
Come to Scotland JD and let us return the favour
