Marrakech Souk
#1 of 166 Shopping in Marrakech
loved the shopping and bargaining with the locals good value in leather goods weather beautiful wandering around during the day in the lovely sunshine very relaxing
... people mauling trinkets is one thing, but go slightly off the beaten track and the handling of goods signifies considerable intent to purchase - be wary (see review of Shopping tour of Marrakech Souks for more!).

Aux Merveilles de Marrakech
#5 of 166 Shopping in Marrakech
The Souks were a true highlight of our trip to Marrakech, so many examples of wonderful craftsmanship and an absolute must experience both from a cultural and shopping perspective!
I spent all day rug shopping in the souks and this store was the biggest (space and inventory), the vendors had the best English, and the haggling was the most pleasant.

We booked a shopping tour of the souks for us, as a family of four, and had an excellent time.

Really liked the opportunity to do souvenir shopping after our dinner as owner's own art was presented as well.
There are some tourist shops in the same street and a couple of top quality boutiques who make and sell Moroccan ladies wear.
Ensemble Artisanal
#10 of 166 Shopping in Marrakech
Great little shopping area just away from the main square where you can browse peacefully and shop, still at reasonable prices from various craftsmen and co-operatives some of whom have workshops on the site.
Hassle free shopping at reasonable prices made by friendly artists in the units on site.lots of choice of crafts made to good standards.the
