They made my dreams come true today when I found a widows mite pendant in silver which was what I fell in love with at a different store earlier that day. They gave me an affordable and fair price. I picked up a beautifully handmade wooden Jerusalem cross that I plan to turn into a Christmas ornament—it’s the perfect keepsake from this special place. The shop offers a variety of locally made items, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, taking the time to answer questions and make sure I found what I needed. Just a heads-up: the shop doesn’t take cards, so be sure to bring cash. There was a wonderful selection of beautiful jewelry and olive wood carvings and the prices were very reasonable. George and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Our guide was great, really interesting with lots of information about chocolate, and the chocolate and praline fillings are incredible and of the highest quality.

He had to look no further than Alit, right off of Ben Yehuda Street. The person in the shop helped him with his selection and made his purchase a smooth one. He left there with a beautiful pair of earrings at a fair price. (“Ezra the Scribe”, after a genuine historical late Biblical figure), is a really
Great scribe.
In other words, he writes Hebrew Religious texts on parchment, like Torah
Scrolls, mezuzot (the rolled up Hebrew text that is supposed to be inside the
little boxes you will see on the doorposts of Jewish homes), scrolls of Esther,
Etc.
He is dedicated to producing fine quality religious material, and, as is mandated,
Does not try to charge too much profit.
I know a few Scribes like Ezra.
