Mr Mike is not only friendly and fluent in English, he’s also very resourceful and takes the initiative to help. He knows what you need and gets it done fast. Even offers extra tips like how to take pictures, where to go for what, etc.

The guide Linda was so lovely, explained a lot of things, very good English. We ended up having a private tour and thats very convinient when you want to see max and have 1 day in Beijing. The whole journey was smooth, we started at 8 am and by 5.30 pm have been in the hotel already. All the tickets are included in the tour, you don't need to worry about. The car was comfortable.
We were on the Great Wall when its snowing, so was a bit slipperry there and wuite cold, so check the weather before. - Aishat A1 contributionI had an incredible experience with Fei (Jack) as my driver to the Great Wall of China. My flight was delayed, and I ended up booking a same-day trip with only the driver option—no guide. But Fei went above and beyond anything I could have expected.
He picked me up promptly at the airport, was warm and professional, and immediately made me feel at ease after a long day of travel. When we arrived at the Great Wall, he didn’t just drop me off—he personally guided me through the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. He even walked the wall with me, took amazing photos, and acted as my personal guide the entire time, despite it not being part of the service I booked.
After a wonderful day, he made sure I was comfortable and then drove me back into the city, dropping me right at my hotel. His kindness, patience, and dedication made the whole experience so much more memorable.
I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Fei (Jack) to anyone visiting Beijing. We were one of the first ones on the chair lift and enjoyed beautiful views of Mutianyu without any crowds. Jim is also really knowledgeable and I was eager to practice my mandarin - we got a driver, Chinese tutor, and history expert all in one! - Aster X6 contributionsCOLD. WIND. My gosh it was so cold - my nose was numb and I almost thought my lungs were frozen.
But that scenic view after the cold torturous climb? Worth it. And the cute cats that made me climb my butts off just so I could pet them? Even more worth it.
Would I do it again? Yes. For the cutie cats. But I need to dress better LOL.

We got picked up from our hotel in the morning, and got to see the main sites around Beijing in one easy tour. The cultural attractions were stunning, and the food was incredible. We will definitely be calling Helen next time we’re in Beijing and need a professional to help us get the most out of our time.
