Excellent tour all around, picked up from our hotel at the planned time and saw fantastic views on the drive and the tour. Guide Steve was fun, engaging, informative, and did a great job of bringing everyone together for a fun time, including taking and sharing many photos from the tour. Our driver, Oscar, was also brilliant. Seeing the sea lions was a definite highlight! Highly recommended.

The guide, Hector is very knowledgeable. I learned so much history and interesting facts. The winery was lovely and the wine excellent. I bought some to take home. The views and the views! The winding roads that our driver, Ricky drove so masterfully!

Went with my kids and had a great time! They’re both adults (obviously) and Nacho was a great guide and the Staples group has a nice ethic of letting local people at the wineries tell their own stories. Had a great group of people on the journey!

One of the best trips you can take in Santiago. The views are some of the best in the country and then some. Axel is a very intelligent tour guides that you can use while in Chile. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The meal was a very pleasant offering of Chilean local food that was cooked to perfection. Go ahead and book the trip it’s worth every penny.

The place is very, very beautiful. In the middle of the mountains is a dam with pristine blue water and it is breathtaking. Only problem was that the driver (who was also the guide) drove really fast, and specially in the dirt road that leads to the final place it got scary

We were looking for a day trip not too far from Santiago and this was perfect! Benjamin was a knowledgeable and fun guide and we were able to taste a variety of wines from the region.

Our tour guide Alexis was very nice, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The communication on what’s app was very smooth as well. Valparaiso & Vina del Mar were very cool to see. It was nice to see the coast of Chile.

However, It was way too much time spent in a crammed mini van. We wasted over an hour picking/dropping people off from their hotels when it would’ve been so much easier for everyone to Uber to a central pickup spot for the bus.

It was a full 12 hour day with pickup starting at 7am and drop off was at 7pm or later. We spent about 8 hours on the bus, 2 hours for lunch and 2 hours for a walking tour.

It would be better to visit on your own so you have more time to spend there and not be stuck on a bus all day. I wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers as it was a lot of couples and families.

We were on a pre cruise break and had three days to kill. One mega complaint we had was that the the bus stops were not marked, and the lace of English was a huge drawback the signage to the cable car was never marked. This is a tourist hot spot, and this should be Clearly marked with at least a sign We often had to to cross the road because the bus came to another location. we even asked hotels in and around the route and they would point out saying this where the bus comes.. But there was a lack of signs. this happened to many tourists who we met at meeting spots, some of us were mobility compromised and crossing the street at the last minute is not ideal. But the overall service was amazing. the Staff excellent on both days.one staff member in particular Ms. Catalina Green, was an amazing plus in all this mayhem. she went out of her way to walk us to a typical locale spot for a typical Chilean lunch ! The highlight of our stay and tour. was the staff. cable car and funicular. Turistik bus is great. also the Gran Torre Santiago, a must for the view, and a sunset. Santiago is a lovely clean city and we felt safe. The Sidewalks are phenomenal.

I only had 3 days in Santiago, and I'm so glad I spent one of them taking this tour. I was travelling solo, and Maca felt more like a friend showing me around than a tour guide, in the best way. She was very knowledgable about the area (her hometown), and tailored the tour to my interests. We started with a gorgeous drive through Chilean wine country then saw beautiful views of the sea, fascinating and vibrant street art, and ate an amazing and fresh local lunch. I would absolutely recommend this to solo travelers, families, couples, groups of friends, really anyone. Thanks again!!!

I greatly enjoyed this tour as the guide was great, bilingual, engaging and humorous.

It allowed me to see all things Chile - vineyards, port cities, ports and resort cities in a very short time .

Pickup was efficient and prompt and they brought you to places that you can see as well as the stops were reasonable and comfortable . I enjoyed the trip a lot hence the 5 stars review .

What I didn’t like was the request for trip advisor review - I find this shameless , vulgar and irritating . I have said it many times and it is the same - stop asking for reviews - if it is good, people will naturally write good things about the company.

I enjoyed this tour to the Andes with Ando Andes .

Initially I was a little hesitant as I was ghosted by them for up to 3 weeks . Even when I sent WhatsApp texts . However, it came alive about 2 days before the start of the hike and all is good .

    Transportation :
Was very good, punctual and driver was very safe . Felt safe at all time .

    The hike :
There were 2 guides- the lead guide as well as the follow up guide who picks up stragglers behind the group- as such felt very safe .

    The experience :
This is an eco hike - so you get a great talk about the flora and fauna of the Andes as well as seeing the St Joseph Volcano at 5900m. Wow the landscape is so beautiful - you need to see to believe it . The pace was steady and slow so it was more of a very pleasant walk .

Will strongly recommend this tour . Also- no pressure from them to write reviews in TripAdvisor which I truly appreciate unlike the other tours I took . Also as it is eco-friendly , I greatly enjoyed this trip . Do take it if you are in to eco-tourism and protecting and appreciating the environment .
