We went to the peña Del Carajo for Independance Day the 28 July. It was bery good service and good music, but if you are looking for culture show where all the dances and costums of Peru displayed Del Carajo is not the place to go. If you just are looking for a funny and nice night out Del Carajo is a good place to go.

This bar/club is certainly top 3 in Lima. It's located in the famous miraflores Larcomar. The venue is certainly upscale. It's also pricey (for peruvians paying in soles anyway). The venue is very nicely decorated and large. The people who go there dress well and definitely a good ambience. The only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is because the time I went (3 months ago), the DJ played not up to date music up until 2:30AM. He definitely should have felt the vibe and started playing modern latin music at like 12:30AM. Although its called Lima Bar, this place turns into a club. Entry fee is around 150 soles. If you plan ahead, you can message their facebook page (3-4 days prior) and send in a guest list. That will allow you to enter for free. I certainly recommend this place.

The best salsa and rock shows I've ever seen in Lima! totally recommended. Delicious drinks of high quality, piqueos, nikei food, and exquisite meals at night. This place has it all. The Salsa nights in tuesday are amazing, and include Live shows with extraordinaires Orquestas. Don't forget to taste the "Matacuy" and "conchas a la parmesana" !

I went there on a Saturday night with recommendations of a local person. You pay 20 Sole per person entrance fee. The place is mainly a dancing floor with good music and the cost of a bottle of Corona is 7 Sole.

Ok place for few drinks and if you would like to dance the night away. Prices are a bit cheaper than other places around

A pretty lively place for a drink or two, with loud music and smoke machines at 8pm! I would definitely recommend popping in for a drink or two.
