This was an interesting trip that poor Shaimaa was trying to manage the best she could. She was super attentive to us while she took in another group of people who were stranded by their guide. It was a bit of a fiasco but in the end it went very well. I wish her the best! And highly recommend her as a tour guide.

Our day started rough with me being in a lot of pain. We went from Cairo to Alexandria with our excellent driver. Upon arriving to Alexandria we met Momo our tour guide. With the help of my friend, driver and Momo our trip to Alexandria was amazing 🤩 Momo is very knowledgeable and very patient with me and my discomfort, but overall he made this trip fun and pleasant. He is a very kind tour guide all the locals love him and the city pets also look forward to see Momo. This tour is very well worth it, and our lunch was delishhhhhhhhh 😋. I high recommend this tour and ask for Momo 🤗

My wife and I took a day tour from Cairo to Alexandria. It was a complete blast! Our driver was safe and the van accommodations were extremely comfortable. Our tour guide Mohamed Gomaa was knowledgeable, patient, funny and gave great information. The sites on the tour are as advertised. We would recommend this tour and Mohamed to anyone.

This was such an amazing experience. Our tour guide Giada was extremely nice and had so much knowledge of the sites to share. It was a great experience from start to finish. Our driver also was very helpful and this tour took out any worry someone might have traveling to a new country. Thank you for everything.

After disembarking the cruise, we spent three days in Luxor, immersing ourselves in its rich history and culture. We descended into the Valley of the Kings, where we marveled at the opulent tombs of ancient pharaohs, including the iconic Tutankhamun. At Dandhera, we admired the well-preserved Temple of Hathor, a testament to the vibrant religious practices of the past. The grand finale came at Karnak Temple, the largest religious structure in the world, where we were captivated by its colossal columns and pharaonic inscriptions.

My wife and I recently decided to venture to Egypt during one of our many international trips. As traveling is nothing new to us, the majority of the time we decide to plan, manage and handle all of our own itinerary and travel plans. But when we began looking at Egypt, we decided it may be best to book a package deal instead of doing our own thing......and man are we glad we did.

The staff and guides that work for Here Egypt Tours and managed our booking where nothing short of phenomenal. Several weeks prior to our trip, Mona began reaching out to us to make sure we had all the necessary details we needed, providing very detailed specifics on the trip, various contacts and so much more. Her attention to detail and true customer service was remarkable. But it didn't stop there, Mona made sure to check in with us on a daily basis during our entire journey to make sure everything was going well and we were enjoying our time.

From Day 1 when Mohamed picked us up directly from the airport, our minds were completely put at ease. Mohamed provided us a briefing on what to expect and some tips/feedback for our trip. When we asked about an ATM close to our destination so we would be able to withdraw some Egyptian Pounds, Mohamed made sure he took us to a reputable ATM, he stood by in case we had any issues and was very respectful of our "space". But one of the biggest tips Mohamed gave and we will never forget......When talking to people in Egypt, don't listen to the voice or their tone, look at the eyes as this will tell you everything. In his words.......we all sound mad when we talk so look at our eyes.

Our guide while in Giza was Farouk who had an unbelievable amount of knowledge about the pyramids, sphinx and so much more. He was happy to answer any questions we had and ensure that we had time to stop by a couple reputable souvenir shops for some shopping. When we returned back to Giza, we opted to do a day trip up to Alexandria which Farouk was our guide for again.

While we were on the cruise and for our several day journey of tours up and down the Nile, I dont think we could have asked for a better guide than Ahmed. Not only did he keep us well informed, but his knowledge was out of this world. If I didn't know better, I would think he lived in the times of the historical Egyptians. We saw so many sites and temples and I don't think there was a single question asked that Ahmed couldn't answer. He was fun to be around, spent time hanging out with us even outside of the tours and made sure daily that things were going well and we were satisfied. We were paired with a small group which allowed us to meet some new people and make new friends along the way as well.

But, here is the biggest thing. EVERY step of the way, even as we were being transferred via the Egypt Train Lines, by various drivers/shuttles, etc, this team made sure we knew exactly what was going on, exactly who our contact was and that we had the ability to communicate with them. We never felt like we were unsure of what to do or where "flying blind" during our trip. Between the multiple points of contact we had, the pictures they would send so we knew who to look for all the way down to literally, someone waiting for us the moment we stepped off the train, we felt safe and well taken care of. In fact, I would almost say they went out of their way to make sure we felt so.

I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone that was planning a trip to Egypt and didn't know where to start. Mona and the team will make sure that you have a worry free trip that you will be over joyed about when its all said and done. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

PS to the Here Egypt Team......my new buddy Sayed needs a nap! And THANK YOU! You made this trip one to definitely remember.

We had an incredible time on our trip thanks to the amazing guides, Mahmoud and Badr. Mahmoud was incredibly knowledgeable about Ancient Egyptian history and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. She was also very friendly and made us feel right at home. Badr in Aswan was also a great person, making sure we had everything we needed and showing us the best of the city. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking to have a memorable trip.

The city is full of ancient culture and beautiful architecture. My guide and driver were both extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in showing me all about the city. I look forward to using EMO again next time I visit and can bring more people to this wonderful place. Thank you all for your support and hospitality 🙏🏼❤️

Anas the driver was very friendly and had good conversation on the way to and from Alexandria. The first stop was the catacombs and Anas was able to join me and nice enough to take photos for me. Then off to Pompeii’s Pillar it was very interesting. It reminds me the Roman times. We had falafel sandwiches for lunch and they were very delicious, Then I went to the Citadel it was a beautiful place. Last, but not least we went to the Alexandria library, which is beautiful and huge. Anas was nice enough to get coffee couple times, snacks, and a big thing of water for me. Overall, I really enjoyed this tour. Just know this only includes the driver and no guide. But the locals are happy to share information about each place I visited.

The tour was the most amazing experience ever. Mahmoud was incredible as our guide. He is not just a guide but a graduate of Egyptology from Alexandria University and his knowledge of everything was so mind blowing that we spent the whole tour spell bound by him.
The best your experience we had ever had and highly recommend as an essential experience to everyone.

I went with Ghada to Coptic Cairo. Saw the Hanging Church and the Church of St George. Also went to the Egyptian Museum. Ghada was a fantastic guide. She shared her vast amount of knowledge on all the areas we saw.
