Booking was simple and hassle-free. The entire facility is impeccably clean. Ms. Ayumi stands out as an exceptional professional—she is kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable in her expertise. She truly deserves a heartfelt thank you. The rest of the spa team is also incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about their work. The last time I had an amazing Hamam was in Turkey many years ago.
The reviews were looking good and I picked this place. Amina was the lady that helped me and was very attentive. She did a great job scrubbing me but also she made sure when I needed the cold water she gave it to me in moderation to be careful so that my body adjusts to it. She was very sweet and I felt so good afterwards!
The Hamam was followed by a rest and they gave me some tea and sweets. The put a heavy bean bag on my shoulders and it felt so good for relaxation. Then I did the massage with Ritu, the lady from South Africa.
She knew what she was doing. I had many massage experiences and can tell she is a professional. Normally I don’t like the head massage but she did it so good . I wish I could repeat that.

- Hanif A5 contributionsI booked 2 hours SPA massage on 19th December 2023. By the time I enter the spa every one is so welcoming and the aroma and spa music is make me relax already.
My therapist MUI is asking me my preference of massage and if I have any area to focus. I ask her to more focus on my back muscle and foot with deep pressure. I love the pressure and technique she used. I was having back problem and muscle pain she use combination of deep tissue massage with hot stone. While massage is completed my body is so flexible and totally relax. I can say her hand is magic hand. While we finish my treatments my muscle pain I didn’t feel until now and my body is be came so flexible.
I will definitely recommend my friend and family member to visit Nikki SPA to get treatments with MUI.

The person who gave me the hammam her name was Kaltoum and she was very nice and knowledgeable .
