- Aditi G58 contributionsWorth visiting, have patience— At the entry it feels very down market place and crowded , but you need to have patience as the real attraction is at the end. Take battery car as it is very big and really easy if you take battery car. It is great to see Tiger , white tiger, lion. Tiger safari was also very good, Giraffe also you can see.Written January 16, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Aimless VagabondsGurugram (Gurgaon), India46 contributionsThe temple is in the heart of the city in Unit 9. I've only been here a few times, mostly on the way to attend an exhibition at Ekamra haat or to hit the line of food trucks behind it. I never found it to be crowded whenever I've been there.Written November 24, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NVKOnTheGoBengaluru, India102 contributionsThe Rajarani temple is located inside a park. The Park is well maintained but the insides of the temple are not. We could hear bats on a window inside the temple. The ticket counter takes only cards and each transaction takes a lot of time. Hence better to purchase an entrance ticket from the ASI website whose QR scanner is available outside the ticket counter. Wish the insides of the temple were maintained better. It is still a very nice place and would recommend a visit to see the architecture up close.Written January 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SaurabhNew Delhi, India70 contributionsThis is a very well curated and preserved museum - by far the best in the state. Each section is thoughtfully laid out and logically sequenced one after the other for a seamless tourist experience. Worth a good 2-3 hours if for nothing else, then at least for its beautiful architecture.Written November 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Soudamini MohapatraBengaluru, India31 contributionsRatnagiri monastery is located in the Jajpur district of Odisha, about 100 km from Biju Patnaik Airport, Bhubaneswar. It's a lesser known architectural wonder of the Buddhist era in Odisha. It has a number of stupas, monasteries, shrines, temples and statues of Buddha which are truly magnificent. The stone sculpture of Buddha's head of various sizes and the serene meditative expression of Buddha are something unique.
The Buddhist establishment of Ratnagiri probably started in the 5th century during the Gupta dynasty and flourished until the 13th century and continued till the 16th century. The Ratnagiri site was discovered in 1905 and excavated between 1958-1961. This magnificent structure is unknown to the world and mostly visited by the locals. Unfortunately it is thoroughly neglected with garbage all around. I would like to visit this place again and again.Written January 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The place is peaceful and a park across from Mukteshwar temple. The area is neat and clean and a must visit to soak in the beauty of the ancient temples.Written January 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
