- TaraGalaTayoQuezon City, Philippines463 contributionsThe place will have to be visited by people who has an intention to really go there because it’s quite hard to find. You may want to contact Mang Itong, (0997) 573 5068 before you visit the place so he can open it and expect that you are coming. He’s the caretaker of the place. There’s a Php. 50.00 donation fee for the up keep of the place.Written October 29, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HaveFoodyWillTravelVancouver, Canada1,000 contributionsWell my wife's family is from Cavite so had to pay them a visit. A quaint shopping mall with a Jollibee, bakery, cheap photographer and SM Department store. Something to do while you are here in Cavite.Written January 2, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Robert B11 contributionsIt was one of those spontaneous trips and surprisingly the food was not bad. We had the pool all to ourselves as there were only a few guests. The service staff were nice and resourceful. Yes, its not the same as the 80s but this place still has its charm. Wouldnt mind going back soon....Written May 19, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Emem69Puerto Galera, Philippines9 contributionsPeople who love history should see this monument and the Bonafacio and Aguinaldo shrines. There is a nice tour run by Joy at Manila Beach Hangout Hostel very cheap a great deal for such an interesting time in Philippine historyWritten December 30, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ynadqnorManila, Philippines1,367 contributionsA lighthouse is defined as a structure containing a beacon light to warn or guide ships at sea but in this island the historical lessons start as soon as the boat docks at the island’s wharf. Everybody is deposited in open sided buses with seats arranged horizontally to maximize capacity. The tour bus runs through a well paved road that passes through the jungles of Corrigidor. That’s all I will say because this is better appreciated by actually experiencing it. You will learn a lot of history and the bravery and conviction of people - Filipinos, Americans and even the Japanese. The glaring differences of the American and Japanese tunnels. To better appreciate this difference try to join the “Sunrise viewing tour”. Ultimately, a lesson that the big guns of the island that probably saved the whole mankind because it offset the offensive timetable. And for the traveller who would like to see it all, visit this island on a sunny day.Written May 8, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ynadqnorManila, Philippines1,367 contributionsThere is this place in Indang Cavite which is beautiful, with natural spring pools and two infinity pools with plenty of accomodation for day tours and overnight stays. It is named Villa Filomena Natural Spring Resort.
I came across it when my son and his friends asked me to drive them to this place. It is simply a place for the family or with friends. The only downside is you have to know the place to get there. My solution was to use the apps “Waze” and viola, we were able to find it. It can be described with words but it is better seen in person than just read about it. And surprise of all surprises, with the advent of increasing prices, this venue is budget friendly.Written March 13, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Faldo design course is also a great course. Long lay out. Both courses I would recommend but the catch is if you are wearing your thinking golf cap then prepare to bring plenty of balls. Deep bunkers and plenty of dog legs. clubhouse and services is top class.enjoyed playing on these 2 courses. my recommendation is take the early flight as it can be chaotic on the road during mid morning from 7am. definitely will be back with a group from Sydney.Written August 28, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RTV280933 contributionsWe went to the venue during the rainy season so it was cozy and calm. It was a different type of massage experience since I'm used to the traditional spa format. The place had an old-school provincial feel which was great. The service was topnotch as well, and I fell asleep since I enjoyed the massage. I only wish that the rooms were more private since the rooms were just seperated by wooden dividers. It was a bit noisy as well since you could hear the strongs winds banging on the roof, but I guess it adds to the charm of the place. Overall, would definitely recommend this if you need to have a unique massage experience in the Tagaytay area.Written August 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
