Moscow Shopping Guide

Moscow offers visitors a unique shopping experience featuring both boutique shops and designer stores. Along with shopping centers full of international brand names, you can also spend your rubles at markets, standalone independent stores, luxury mini malls, and repurposed warehouse factories. From hot new Russian designers to household name brands, these are the best areas to visit when taking in Moscow's shopping scene.

Red Square

Moscow's Red Square and the Kremlin welcome visitors from all over the world. But beyond all the history, this top tourist sight also has some amazing shopping opportunities. This beautiful stately building, which was built beginning in 1799, is an iconic spot in the city. Continue just a few more minutes on foot to the Okhotny Ryad mall, an underground shopping center which stocks many international brands as well as a grocery store.
