What travellers are saying
- light122376Albuquerque, NM243 contributionsWe were staying right on the water's edge and loved the access to the beach and the snorkeling. There were stingrays and nurse sharks to be seen in the shallow from the Beach House dock. The public beach is easily accessible, and there are also places to eat right near the water. This bay is quite sheltered, and stays very calm even when the ocean nearby is rough.Written February 16, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Susan LMuskegon, MI1 contributionHad a great and relaxing time despite not great weather. It was sunny only 4 days out of 8 but not cold. Very windy and we had an all day rain event. Still managed to get in plenty of dives.Written February 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- AnitaS484Dunnellon, FL1,087 contributionsNice for a quick stop. Nicely kept with a well presented tour. This was part of a Shore Excursion from Princess Cruises to give an overview of the island. Not many butterflies in the enclosure. Be careful of uneven pathways if you have problems with balance or trouble walking.Written July 11, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Michelle PPanama City Beach, FL20 contributionsThe clothes and trinkets look nice, decent quality & variety for (Roatán) price, but DON’T buy their electronics items! 1) they’re overpriced and 2) they must be perhaps the cheapest Chinese product money can buy! If you need electronics go to Roa market or elsewhere! My iPhone’s cable charging port got wet so I needed to charge my iphone with a Magnet. I could tell from the box the quality was questionable and they wanted like $30. I told the cashier my concern, and set it back down. She assured me I could buy anything else in the store with store credit if the product turned out to be poor, so instead I bought the magsafe battery pack. Sure enough I soon noticed that my iPhone would overheat, charge too fast and die quickly. I brought it back and told two other women, and I was told that I could only exchange it for another one and only if I had the receipt. (My receipt got wet and turned white/melted). My rating probably would’ve been 5 for their clothes etc, but it’s 2 for lying to me and they lost all other business from me. I was going to buy 3/4 items from in there.Written February 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- specialsavillHigh Prairie, Canada30 contributionsChocolate made on site, viewing area into worker areas, commentator describing history, processes, and benefits of chocolate production. - Surya S1 contributionFantastic group of people running this dive shop! regularly keep their boats and equipment upgraded so you are diving with the best. Ricardo, Kevin & Nico are great dive masters and address each diver according to their experience and comfort level. Probably the best dive masters in the region for a newbie. Ricardo & Kevin being locals know the seabed so well and are great at identifying wildlife! Rachel runs a tight shop which means everything works like clockwork. Seagrape is also the only locally owned dive shop left on the island….encourage everyone to try them out. I’ve met divers here that have been visiting them for +15 years which says a lot about them. This was my 2nd experience with staying at their resort & diving with them…..hope to be back there soon….Surya!!!Written March 16, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. All three of us give her five stars!Written March 7, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Brandon KFlagstaff, AZ2,081 contributionsWe stopped in here while having a day on the island and were recommended to come here. The chocolate was great and there were many different options. We ended up with a 9 mini-bar sampler that included hot peppers, banana, coconut, and various levels of dark chocolate. The gift shop had other goodies for taking home as souvenirs. It could get a little cramped when busy.Written February 28, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- cofloaterDenver, CO145 contributionsI had been there on a different trip and raved about their jalapeno poppers. This time they were out of jalapenos but I had one of my best whole fried fish dinners. The presentation was incredible. My wife thought the service was too slow.Written March 21, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
