- Beatricegal12Rome, Italy1 contributionI recommend the green travel agency to travel to Cista Rica, they built a tailor-made trip for me based on my interests and passions and it was one of the best trips of my life.Costa Rica is a wonderful country, safe, organized and full of wonderful activities to do. every shuttle comes to pick you up at the precise time. thank you Cindy and thank you Diego and obviously to the whole green travel team for making this experience fantastic. before leaving the team creates a whatsapp group where they will be available for any need 24 hours a day, as soon as you meet Diego you immediately feel a bond of trust, and you know that this experience will start very well. - Russ DurantSan Jose, Costa Rica12 contributionsI loved the customer service and professionalism. Unlike other transportation companies I have used, at TicoShuttle no driver uses a cell phone while driving, nor do they obey speed limits.
They are very punctual and on the couple of occasions I have used them, they have been very friendly.
Aspects to improve? - Roxy3 contributionsWhere do I start, my husband and I didn't plan dto do this, but oh boy I'm more than happy we did. we met Danny the host and we couldn't ask for a better person, he is the most patience, caring and thoughtful person we met in a long time. The places we went no waiting inline, free shots and we felt secure with Danny. Hat's off to you Danny I wish I had a worker like you.
