- Paul M1 contributionAn absolutely life-affirming, transformational experience! Five months later and I am still processing how absolutely amazing this experience was. I came in expecting to explore what could be next, and what I received was so much more. Over the course of 4 days, I met with 12 different practitioners: each providing exceptional insight as well as targeted guidance to help me understand how my past perfectly prepared me for the transition I was managing and the future focus I should take. The staff did an exceptional job of listening to my needs and interests, and by the time I arrived I felt as if everyone really knew me. I was so impressed with how specific and supportive everyone was, it truly felt like I had an extended team waiting for me. The pace of the schedule was perfect, allowing me times for self-reflection and exploring Sedona in between sessions. It was equally helpful that all of the sessions began at SpiritQuest's center, so I did not have to stress about driving to different offices and locations. The caliber of practitioners they work with are exceptional! As someone who has planned retreats for 20 years, and as an energy healing practitioner myself, it was exhilarating to experience new methods, techniques, and approaches that met me where I came in from...and helped moved me forward from that point. Nothing was a repeat of sessions I had before or content I previously studied...this was truly a refreshing and energizing adventure. I cannot wait to come back and do more! She gave us a day to regroup, calm our bodies and minds and help us reconnect with nature and each other, reminding us to appreciate our world and the people in it, especially our dear friends. My heart was so full and what better way to clear your head and be at peace then amount the red rock of Sedona. This is an experience I would love to do again! Thanks Johanna! SHE IS AMAZING!!! She has a wonderful energy and so grateful to be of service. We highly recommend her and anything she offers! - Carrie S9 contributionsHow do I sum up the experience I just had? I am different since returning from Arizona and I love that feeling. I have had it at a few other points in my life so far…especially after certain travels. But this was something new, unique, and life-changing on MANY different levels. The complexity of the beauty in all that I discovered about myself, others, the earth, and life as a whole is hard to explain. I had intuitively found and dreamt of going on a Sedona Self-Love retreat six years ago - and finally prioritizing it this year and allowing myself to dive deep into a true solo adventure there and back proved to be more than I could have ever expected to get out of such a trip. So many things have come to light for me, physically, mentally, spiritually. So much perspective. So much peace of mind. 💕🌈 My spirit is coming forward in a way I’m not sure I even fully grasp the grandiosity of just yet. But I trust it. I trust where I feel guided. I trust where I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt. I trust all that has come and is coming my way. I am so grateful to all the stars that aligned to allow me to go and grow as a soul in the powerful vortexes of Sedona. I am especially grateful to all the amazing practioners who helped me see, feel, know, hear, taste, smell, love, and live every bit of it. To Rhea, Devani, Elizabeth, Bear 🐻, both Angelas, Brighde, Leah and especially Breanna: thank you for seeing me and what I am here to do and to offer. For teaching me what “self-love”really means. For helping me to let go of things of the past, situations, and thoughts that were no longer serving me, and that I just needed a bit of a nudge to fully release. Above all, thank you for helping me learn to receive in the balance of how much I give. I know now more than ever before how important it is to live my very real truth and stay as open as I came in born to be…born to share. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to ring in my newest year on this planet. 🌎 I would also like to say how beautiful and relaxing the Sedona Self-Love guest house was. Staying there was such an integral part of my trip and it was so comforting to come home to after each day in session. I felt like it was a cacoon, and was a perfect place to relax, drink fresh water, journal, and truly truly rest and integrate what I went through each day. Lastly, I would just like to say…I received more out of this gift I gave myself of going on this retreat than I ever could have imagined, and I’m still going through the process of letting it trickle into my everyday life. I feel evolution at its core within me and I am embracing everything the present moment is offering - and living in it boldly, bravely, and fully alive and clear. When I’m asked how the retreat was, I just keep saying I have new eyes…and I see it all. ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜 so so so grateful to this wonderful organization. If you feel called, book this retreat. Do. Not. - Bridgitte Hatfield4 contributionsOur family of eight traveled to the Grand Canyon for 10 days. Before departure I contacted Monsoon Nectar to schedule a day in the middle of our trip to decompress. I was emailed with a wealth of information, options, and suggestions for our family. After 4 full days of hiking, we checked into our hotel in Sedona, showered, rested and then went to our session. It was nothing short of amazing. Marnie was sweet, knowledgable, and knew just what we needed. My next visit will be 90 min. I did not go to thus facility. From the moment I stepped onto the 7 Centers property, I could feel an energy that resonated with my inner being. The owner, Ruth Hartung, is phenomenally knowledgeable; the teachers (and I have experienced many) are various in their teaching techniques, but each is of a very high calibre; the space - whether it be studio or yurt - pulsates with a positive vibration. We did a private outdoor session with them. They took us to a place with stunning Cathedral Rock views just added to the magic.
The sound bath was unlike anything I've tried before. Crystal bowl vibrations brought waves of relaxation, gently dissolving stress and tension. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply refreshed. We signed up for HIIT with Walker on Saturday, and then came back Tuesday and Thursday. He is a great instructor, very knowledgeable. The classes were completely different all three times, and we got a full body workout. The members of the gym were also very friendly. They were very fit, but not intimidating.
