Like stepping back in time. Accurate history with great interaction and the actors are super! This is what the West was built on.

We had a blast! We watched one of the gunfights. We went on the trolley ride. We enjoyed bits of the history of the town. We ate at big nose, Kate’s restaurant! And we rode on the stagecoach! We just happened to go visit on Halloween, and it was so much fun to see how the community had prepared for Halloween visitors. I also had fun buying little gifts to bring home for the grandkids! I have a lollipop sucker for you to the little boy grand sons and heart suckers for the granddaughters and little Shot glasses for my two sons. The shot glasses said I took my last shot at tombstone! Fun!

We really enjoyed the ghost tour. Sorry, can't remember tour guide's name, but she was great. We also opted for the extended tour. It was even better because the group got smaller. It was family friendly. Overall, it was great and we would do it again. Thanks!

Great tour guides made a great tour greater. The historical knowledge that was presented dwarfed any movie about Tombstone. Real life was far better explained than Hollywood fiction.

Back to the Border Gate to night and the Sirloin Steak was very nice. The server Amelia was friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem to her.

Fascinating history about Tombstone. Justin was a great tour guide. We visited the town at night. Next time we’ll go back during the day when more of the shops are open. Will be fun to revisit now that we have an understanding of the history and ghosts that frequent the town!

This was an enjoyable trip for my husband and I. It leaves the driving to someone else while we enjoy the views and a bit of history of the area narrated by the driver. Our trip accommodated approximately 8 people in the van. We were fortunate to have the other occupants cancel their reservation except my husband and I and were given a private tour. We were able to see the town of Tombstone, the Ok corral, a reenactment of the shootout ( that was an additional fee to see the reenactment) visited Big Nose Kate Bar (where their employee unbeknownst to others was mining privately in his room at night. It is sectioned off for visitors to see at the bottom of the restaurant/bar) we were also able to visit Bisbee mine which consisted of an actual ride on an open air mini train ride into the actual mine. They will loan you a hard hat and vest with attached light to view inside the mine to see where the miners mined their product.

Audio guide is very well done. The narrator is easily understood and provides great information at every stop along the way. the only slight negative is that not all the kinks are worked out. It would start when we were stopping etc., However, in fairness, that could be because we had a hard time figuring everything out. Definitely would suggest this for people rather than just roaming around not knowing what you are seeing.

Had a fantastic day out with Nate our tour guide, we were driven around in the most comfortable of cars....this is the way to make memories to last a lifetime! He kept us thoroughly entertained and enlightened our our long drive there and back.
We were picked up at 6 45am and then driven first to Saint Xavier, a stunning American South Western church. We had 90 minutes to take in the stunning architecture and explore the museum.
Then we hit the road to drive to Tombstone and as a Brit I loved seeing the iconic place names on our drive.
We arrived and was taken first to the Old Courthouse, the entrance fee was included in our private tour cost. This was one of the highlights of the tour, really gave us a sense of the history of Tomstone.
Next Nate recommended Big Nose Kate's Saloon for lunch as he was not wrong. Great food, great atmostphere and great prices, loved it.
We then had some free time before one of the gunfighter shows so we went on a stagecoach ride, great value at $8 each.
Did some shopping and then headed to the show, we did the comedy one, would have liked to have done both shows, our only regret of the day. I think as it was quiet tourist wise, the show frequency times were reduced?
We then drove off to Boot Hill, the cost also included in our tour fee. Very historic and goosebump making, real history in front of your eyes.
Nate was a credit to the Detours company and we were so happy that we had him as our guide. Ask for Nate!
We arrived back in Phoenix at 7.pm and can honestly say that the previous 12 hours were some of the best we have ever had and worth every penny of the cost of our private tour. Thank you Detours!

I booked this tour online and soon after I had a conversation with Cody with some questions I had before we arrived and he gladly answered all of them. I booked the private tour for 5 people to: Tombstone/Bisbee/Saguaro N.P. The day before tour I received a phone call letting us know the pickup time. Cody was at my hotel exactly at the time he told me. Our group decided we didn’t want to go to Bisbee but we wanted to spend extra time in Tombstone. Our first stop was at Saguaro National Park we had time to walk around and take pictures with the beautiful cactus. We then continued to Tombstone we had time to walk around and do what interested us and meet up with Cody around 12:30 and he served us lunch, it was very good, and after lunch he took us over to the OK Corral for the gunfight re-enactment. After the gunfight we had time to walk around Tombstone again and then met up with Cody at our agreed departure time. If I ever go back to Arizona again I would use WANDERING HEART ADVENTURES again.

We had an amazing trip to Tombstone. Our guide, Darian, picked us up from our motel and shared lots of interesting information as we drove through the country side. On the way to Tombstone we stopped at the San Xavier Mission. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. Darian graciously volunteered to take a group picture. My husband has always wanted to visit Tombstone and he was not disappointed. Darian dropped us off to explore on our own after giving us information on the places to check out. He must have had an inner radar because whenever we had a question he seemed to appear. On the ride home my husband had trouble with his leg cramping up. Darian found us a spot to take an unplanned break so he could stretch and walk it out. We enjoyed our day and would definitely book with Arizona Seneca tours again.
