Excellent visit, the grandchildren loved it. What was great was being able to try 3-4 different items and feel the experience as well as see (pods and bike move slightly). Game choices are extensive but maybe slightly limited for under 12s, although they were great too. Amazing equipment. I would say charge more. £20 seems a little low for what you get. Only thing is we did not know about, never seen it advertised. Needs a much bigger advertising campaign, local parish mags etc. Cheap but effective, plus on Nextdoor. I hope it survives as somebody was telling me it closed last week?

I can only really comment on the sensory room as I came with my 3 month old, along with my 2 friends and their babies of a similar age.

It's a lovely room and the babies really loved it. One of the bubble tubes wasn't working but other than that it was a lovely place to take them.
But the sensory room is upstairs which I think is really inconvenient because of having to carry them upstairs and leaving the pram and belongings downstairs but that's just my opinion.
Also I understand it's because they sell refreshments but I do think it's a bit unfair you cannot consume your own drinks inside.

Took my 2 boys here today just for a couple hours to get out during the half term bad weather. Upon arrival I found out we were time limited to 90minutes which I find not all that great with the price you pay to get in to begin with when you consider we were having our lunch there too! Not much time for them to play at all. We were then told there may just be 1 available table left for us after I had paid and signed us in. I ordered some food which was shockingly cold and not great either, my sons beans felt like they had come straight from the tin and even remotely warmed in the slightest. The toilets were not clean and nor did they even smell clean. Shortly after finishing food I sat there and watched a flea jump on my hand!! The place also smelt of stale urine and the carpet which the kids walk over in their socks and toddlers crawl on looked like it hadn’t seen a washer for years! So I ended up spending about £30 in total for 90 minutes worth of vile smelling, un-clean facilities, cold awful tasting food and a flea! Not at all impressed. I left the place before my 90 minutes was up feeling like I needed to go home and bath myself and my children in disinfectant it was that bad!
