What travellers are saying
- Daphne L2 contributionsJust Love visiting this delightful location. We are NT members but this venue is wonderful and cafeteria is far better than NT.
I was really excited to read another review about having “posh” afternoon tea in Holkham! Now that would be really special. Just imagine not having to travel to London for such a treat, especially in such regal surroundings.
Please proceed with this great idea. We attended Wedding at Holkham some years ago and it was amazing.Written March 8, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The beach however was excellent. I loved all the multi coloured beach huts. Great for dog walking and walking in general, especially to the sandy well kept beach with lovely beach huts.
We were lucky enough to see a Seal basking on the beach and another one in the water.

And a present or 2 on leaving. Highly recommended.

No running water or toilets in the hut but water and toilets less than two minutes away. Had a great time in the hut. Excellent communication before and on the day and a hotline if needed while on site. Will definitely be returning. It was excellent - one of the best attractions I've been to, but sadly the landowners haven't renewed the lease, which is such a shame :(
The people who ran it had put such a lot of work in, and were so friendly and enthusiastic. The buildings were beautiful inside and out, and the animals were great too, but alas it is no more.Written September 13, 2012This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
