It is a beautiful resort with lots to do for kids, kids pool with slides and lazy river were popular with the kids. Beach was beautiful with lots of seating. We were there for a week family trip.

We had an unfortunate start; our flight was 5 hours late. We were a group of 13 with 6 grandkids aged 10 months to 12, when we arrived, I told them we were diamond club but were still directed to the regular check-in where we waited for 20 minutes while the group in front checked in. Once they verified, we were diamond club we were taken to the diamond club registration where we were treated like kings. There was a small buffet, we were offered drinks, and someone took our documents and went away to complete the paperwork while we had another drink.

Our rooms were great, very large and comfortable. Buffet restaurants were great, we seemed to have some difficulty in getting an early reservation for the a la cart restaurants.

I believe they are still rebuilding staff after COVID. Twice at dinner we were told they had no highchairs, I don't think the staff knew where to get them, because there were many children at the resort who would need one. Although we had trouble getting an early dinner reservation (we needed one for the younger kids) we were not always seated together and there were empty tables. Believe this was caused by a lack of staffing.

The outdoor pools were all great, 2 with swim up bars, and 1 for the diamond club. Although the diamond club has access to different areas the other areas were great, and we used both. I would look at the price difference for the diamond club if I were to return.

we visited this beautiful cave from taking a buggie tour and it was well worth it. the picturesque cave is so beautiful. It had long lines with locals and visitors trying to get in the cave pool. I couldn't get to dive in cause my son did not want to dive so I couldn't leave him. but taking pictures and just being there was all worth it for us. Thank me later when you see this beautiful cave. enjoy

Wonderfull experience. 50 dollar for a day ticket (ex tax). Added wakeboards for $15 (what seemed to cheap to be true). When we arrived they said the wakeboards was only the material (what was weird aswel and was not clear on the website), but he was willing to give a 2h free pass for it! Awesome!

Then I informed about the 10/20$ voucher that was included in the price. He then told us that the amounts were wrong and they did not have them. He only had $25... So he gave us 4x$25 :D:D!

We arrived at 10am and we were litteraly the only 4 persons in the park! We chose 2 four poster beds without any extra charge.. around 12am the park became bussier, but was still very pleasant

The staff and the food is very good. Prices are very reasonable! We spended about $120 (ex 10%fee and 18% tax) And because of the vouchers we only had to pay a little more than $50 dollar. We added an extra 10 dollar for the great service we had the whole day and had the best for $80 each person including lunch, diner and a lot of drinks!!!

Go there now! Before it get's ruined by popularity and rich people that do not have a clue about the value of money (Punta Cana and the DR is loaded with them!)

Excellent place, beautiful beach with a nice restaurant where you can rent a tent as well. Only Spanish speeking personnel. The road to the beach is a challenge. It's reached best with an off road vehicle. However we've made it with a small rental car
