Affordable and fun! We thought our show would have a set theme, since it was titled "Chet Groundling, a Friend of Your Father," but it was a mixture of sketches and improv. A couple sketches were a little "meh," but we definitely got our money's worth of belly laughs.

This is a convenience store with some historic and nostalgic displays. The porch has a cafe and pastries in the morning. There's a deli inside the store for salads and sandwiches. Not a good craft beer selection. It's difficult to turn left out of the parking lot.

Scot Nery is a genius and a star entertainer. The people he books for each show are unusual and fun. This is a show anyone and everyone would love. Guaranteed

We were just enjoying the Walk of Fame and came across the Frolic Room, we wandered in not knowing what to expect, the door man Bobby, who was a very intimidating huge guy stopped us and immediately made us feel at home with friendly banter, a huge asset to the bar. We had such a great time there, the locals were all super friendly to us Welsh on our first trip to LA. Would 100% visit again due to the friendly staff and customers. Thank you!

It's been some time since I've been to the Baked Potato. Honestly, I really miss it. I've been going to shows there for decades. It is such a special place- small, but intimate. I've seen some of the most incredible musicians there. (Allan Holdsworth, RIP). I've read the reviews about the new patio situation. I guess that means that I get there even earlier next time. It's worth it. Also, the baked potatoes are so off the hook that I might drive down just to get one. I'm getting hungry thinking about it. Glad to know the Spud is still going strong. I'd like to keep it a secret, but I have international friends that are jealous that I get to go there so I guess the secret is out. :)

Cool place and cool crowd . Good views over Hollywood . I’m surprised people don’t jump in the pool after having drinks .

The closest thing to a standard comedy club vibe for all the major ones in LA. Comfortable seating with plenty of space. Good selection of drinks and food. Probably the cleanest and well kept club out of the major ones in LA. Nice bar area to hang out before the show.

    Good concept Unique.
Went there with my children in their twenties and friends.
    Nice ambience.
    Bartender service is good.
    Clean.
    Easy to park.
Nestled in old property, they make it a cozy place to sit and chillax and listen to music.
    Will come again

The Tiki Ti,on the border of the Los Feliz and East Hollywood areas of Los Angeles, is a small but classic old Tiki bar that has been run by the same family since it was opened in 1961. It is one of the relatively few old Tiki places still around and is excellent. They make excellent drinks, the service is excellent, and the place is chockablock with Tiki/Polynesian/Pacific Island themed items and decor. Because it's small and popular with loyal locals and visitors alike, and has limited hours, it can get busy and one may need to wait, but it's worth it, especially if you love Tiki places.

Didn’t wait too long for a table and enjoyed a cocktail while we did. The barman kindly made me a blue lagoon cocktail, that’s not on the menu. We were shown to our table by our waiter, who was very attentive and helpful. We noticed that there were a lot of empty tables, so couldn’t quite understand the wait. Once we placed our order we waited around 40 minutes for our meal, which was ok. I don’t think there wait enough wait staff, they were run off their feet. They did the best job they could.

Visiting this bar is like taking a time machine back to the 70´s. The decor, the music and the entire atmosphere makes this place so special. Its like stepping into someones home with different rooms as they used to look in the 70s. Some nights they have live music as well which is a plus.

The only part I do not like is that they built a bar on the outside. My first visit here was 5 years ago and then the bar used to be an old trailer that you had to order through which had its charm but the place is still great.

I do recommend visiting this place but be on time, especially on the weekends as there usually is a line.

Love this bar. Takes you back to long ago times. Very dim lighting which is nice. Food is great. Had chicken wings with lovely blue cheese dip and celery and Nachos which were amazing. Can't wait to be back in October for Halloween🎃

We went to Upright Citizens Brigade having booked a show called "Regifted" after Christmas and after reading the description. We took our 13 year daughter, who is no stranger to improv theater. We expected foul language, However, the sexual content of the show was not listed in the description as with other shows. That was a bit of a shocker. We did enjoy the show very much and found the improv abilities of the actors to be excellent. We may be interested in booking Master Improv Classes for a group of teens in the future through this theatre. Very entertaining, high quality fun for an inexpensive night out. There is an amazing book/records store next door to peruse before the show. Eat at "Birds" after your show! They are open late and have great reviews.

The troupe were wonderful especially the stand out guy who played the children’s party clown who spoke Spanish, he also played the poop fairy in the final sketch which was gross but he committed fully. I heard funny remarks coming out of the show. People were going “wow. wow. wow. That was not what I expected” I think that’s the point of improv- you should have no expectations you just go with the flow. I’m not sure if those skits were fully scripted they seemed like they might be, but it was a great audience size and a nice vibe throughout the room. I will definitely be back.
