DON'T RESERVE THROUGH TRIPADVISOR. You don't get tickets, just a voucher to redeem for a ticket. You still have to wait in lines to get tix, and then wait until the scheduled time for the ride which can be several hours. So why pay a premium to TripAdvisor for basically nothing - no reservation, no ticket, nothing! Our driver and guide, Eddie, was very knowledgeable about the park and all that it entails. It felt like a great geography lesson and he did a wonderful job answering questions and giving us lots of information about what we were seeing. - Roger KPotomac Falls, VA7 contributionsWe had the best time seeing Palm Springs and a lot of celebrity homes past and present. Our tour guide Kolin was very knowledgeable and upbeat. Plenty of water and snacks to keep you nourished and hydrated during the trip of 11+ miles. The whole staff were great and worked as a team to help set you up. Their knowledge of the area was extensive and they shared a lot of fun facts. We weren’t sure what to expect but we’re all very happy with the experience. In addition, internet connectivity in many of the areas featured on this tour was non-existent, furthering our frustration with this. They were focused on safety and giving us, a group of 11 friends, an incredible experience.
