We were primarily interested in the experience and the ambiance and we were not disappointed. It was indeed beautiful. The tasting was relaxed and the server knowledgeable and friendly. Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would return again in the future.

Nice winery. We stopped here last on our tour day. The staff were excellent. Place was quite busy even for a Monday. Wines were all very good, nothing a stand out.

We discovered the Santa Ynez Valley a couple of years ago and have now been there 7 times! The scenery is lovely; great hiking such as Lovers Loop, the winetasting is plentiful and excellent, ForFriends Inn has become a second home for us; Ellie's Tap & Vine is our favorite restaurant along with The Gathering Table, Brothers Red Barn and so many others!

Excellent wines, relaxing setting. Had no idea just how good and reasonable the wines were! Great find.

We did the Sideways self-wine tour this past weekend. It was really hot, so we were inside and didn't get to gaze at the beautiful views while tasting.

The service was good, and engine was friendly. We sometimes had to probe for information about the wine.

The tasting fee is fair for what you get, and the charcuterie pack has a nice assortment.

We found it odd that there were no Australian wines available when we were there.

Very pleased to find out that in addition to daily lunch and fabulous brunch on the weekends, Roblar is now serving dinner on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights. Is very good and the wines and location make it even better. A great dinner option in the SY Valley.

I love the Santa Ynez Wine Trail!! Close to LA, lots of great wineries, and not snobby like Napa, etc.

Excellent olive oil, especially the flavored ones. You'll learn a lot about olive oil, their attention to quality, and their production process. Their flavored oils are a big surprise, because they contain only the infused flavor oils of whatever herb is used, so there's no pulp, particulate matter, etc. The lemon olive oil can be sprinkled onto your salad greens, with a bit of salt, for the best salad dressing; the jalapeño olive oil has a distinct pepper flavor but is not hot, very good for cooking savory items. I was intrigued by the difference between their spanish and italian olive oils, certainly more distinctive than what you would find in a grocery.
Watch out for their dogs, they are extremely adept at begging for the little bread cubes given for oil tasting. Now I wonder if the dogs noticeably increase their sales.
Then walk across the street to Brander Vineyards for a tasting. So convenient.

This was a fabulous experience for anyone. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. The collection of saddles, stagecoaches, and early motorized vehicles is amazing! A $5 donation is requested for each adult but we’ll worth it! In fact, feel free to make an extra donation. When visiting, be sure to watch the two short videos. They both enhance the experience and are well worth the few minutes. I visited on April 14, 2022 and was surprised and amazed at the entire collection. The museum has regular hours of operation on weekends but other times are available by appointment. Be sure to visit if you are ever in the area. You’ll be glad you did!

Cute place. Beautiful driving in. It was a Friday at noon and not busy. Nice outdoor seating. The owner introduced himself at our table which was nice. We had wonderful tasting and our server talked to us about the wines and we had some yummy pairings. The grapes were out of season so nothing was growing in the vineyards but was strolled the grounds with our wine and enjoyed the property. Good for small and large groups. I was driving so I just tried a couple of the flights but my family really enjoyed it. Reasonable prices too.

Great casino experience on many levels but if your a traditional poker player, tournaments and or cash games, you will soon have to go elsewhere. Word at the casino is Chumash is closing the poker room, end of March . I believe the bean counters who made this decision fail to take into account many poker players bring family and friends into the casino for other gambling pursuits. It's a shame they're closing what has been one of the best poker rooms in the SoCal area with at least a 30 year history , my estimate.
My main reason for going to this fine establishment will be gone as it will be for many other poker players and their companions.

Brave & Maiden was great experience. We went with another couple that are members. We were met with a glass of white wine which we took on our tour through the wine making facility. We had a seated tasting after the tour in the Library. Summer was a wonderful host. She was very knowledgeable and made the tasting quite fun for all of us. The tasting was well worth the tasting price. We became members and are looking forward to receiving our new wine as well as visiting again in the future. And hopefully seeing Summer again! Thank you!
