Our guide, Randi, was so fun and competent! We had a blast. Highly recommend Whitewater Rafting, LLC... Super good equipment, helmets, rafts, life jackets... Everyone was fun and helpful and safe. First time for me but I'll be back for sure.

We had such a great time! There were 4 other people on the raft with us and they were fun. Our guide, Demetra, was awesome! We didn’t go through big white water…just class 1 and 2 but she handled them very well. We saw some wildlife along the way including mule deer and sheep.

Amazing! Our guide, Forrest/Baba was awesome. Great times! Family had lot of fun and very anxious being a beginner but finally it was worth it and nothing to worry about.

Hail in the face, mud everywhere and we would not have changed a thing. We had a blast on our ride! The staff was a pleasure to be around and made us feel safe even during a storm. Beautiful views on an unbelievable property.

What an amazing adventure. First-time family visiting from Oklahoma Michael W. was our guide and completely amazing. He was funny, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He pointed out various landmarks and sites asking our 3-hour journey down the Colorado river. This was after, of course, he taught us to navigate the rapids as a rookie team. Thanks for a great time!

The people working at the downtown shop were so nice and helpful. We rented the eBikes and had an amazing time tooling around town. The scenery was just gorgeous! The wonderful people at the shop, the nice bikes and the amazing scenery made our trip so great!

I have traveled all over Europe using several trains. I have their service not even to come close to the Rocky Mountaineer. They have superb service. We had a dedicated staff for our car consisting of 3 personnel and one talented chef (Evan, Sophia, Paul and Crystal). Evan provided excellent tour guide narration throughout our entire journey. The food was freshly prepared and came with any beverage to include wine and any liquor. The views were astonishing made even more meaningful through Evans narratives. We spent the night in Glenwood Springs, home of the largest hot springs in the world. We stayed in the Colorado Hotel. Teddy Rosavelt frequented used this hotel during his hunting trips. It is very historic. Glenwood Springs looks very similar to many German towns. Upon completion of our journey in Denver we needed to take Uber to our hotel. Crystal or Sohia, not sure which one, saw that we could not find the Uber, outside the train station. She guided us directly to our Uber and wished us farewell. What SUPERB service and caring. Rockey Mountaineer has to be the BEST train company in North America. We plan on taking a Canadian trip next, home of the Mountaineer.

I thoroughly enjoyed this journey. Train car was very comfortable with big windows to provide maximum view, scenery from Moab to Denver is very beautiful, food was great. The train runs along the Colorado River most of the journey, so there are tall cliffs, rapids, canyons, meadows, streams......Crew on train provided excellent service with good information about the scenery, good food. Very comfortable and enjoyable, relaxing.

We took 7:30 tour on a Saturday and Doc Holliday Store closed to see tombstone. A lot of talking on sidewalk about our experiences of paranormal and some that were supposed to be haunted but closed. The only good thing is the Colorado Hotel story of hauntings.

Ryan and Onyx were exceptional guides. They provided a comprehensive safety brief that took into consideration the current river conditions. Our rafting group was looking for the most excitement we could get out of the experience and Ryan delivered completely. Ryan skillfully navigated the river putting the raft exactly where he wanted it the entire time. The entire trip was 100% fun because we knew we had Ryan guiding us and if we got in trouble, he would get us out. Ryan provided us with the thrill we were looking for and an expert understanding of the wildlife and vegetation along the way. All the guide we met look and acted professional, and the equipment was like new.

Recommend this group 1000%! We took our 5 and 10 year old daughters for the 1/2 day rafting tour and had Tonto as our guide. It was my husband’s birthday so they were “extra” aware to make sure to splash him the most which my daughters LOVED. Tonto was the perfect guide, he is funny and knows a lot about the area but also was very respectful to our very “talkative” kids who may have interrupted him some. He was a great instructor and made sure we all knew how to help operate the raft when we needed to. It was just enough rapids to feel like we accomplished something without feeling like we were in danger. My 5 year old even said to me “wow that was so fun and that guy was so nice- he even splashed us!” We will definitely go back!

This luxury day train is outstanding. The entire experience, particularly their incredible staff, was a great (and scenic) experience. We highly recommend the Silver Leaf Plus level with its access to a private lounge car. Although lunch on the second day (beef short rib and the chicken) was a bit of a miss (good, but not as outstanding as the other meals), this appears to have been a bit of a one-off as other passengers who had the same thing raved about their meals. Our overnight hotel We took the Rocky Mountaineer’s Rockies to Red Rocks tour to see how we would like taking their luxury day train on one of the Canadian routes. We were duly impressed and plan on taking their Gold Leaf service between Banff and Vancouver in the next couple of years. Many thanks to the Rocky Mountaineer team, particularly the onboard team, for a wonderful experience.
