St. Mary's Glacier
#1 of 6 Nature & Parks in Idaho Springs
There was plenty of room around the lake to relax and take in nature’s beauty, and an enormous open space to venture up the snow-covered mountain with even less company.
You can drive most of the way up the mountain and park ($5 parking fee) and walk straight up about 30 minutes and you are treated to the most gorgeous view.
