What travellers are saying
- Veronica32801Caledonia, WI51 contributionsMy husband and I visited this brewery at the end of December. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away. Jeremy was the beertender, and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He really made our visit a great one!
The beers were so good when we were there! We really enjoyed the Mexican Hot Chocolate one, and I really hope Left Hand makes that a regular beer (or at least a seasonal one!) - it was sooooo good!
Overall, we really enjoyed our visit here and would highly recommend coming here if you're in town!Written January 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Fresh fruits and vegetables (no pesticides) are excellent. Love all of the baked goods especially Izzio Bakery baked goods (like different flavors of Colorado Queens, love the Nutella) - you can only get their non-bread items, like pastries, at the farmer’s markets in Longmont, Boulder or in Denver at the Central Market. So, know that if you live a pasty from this bakery it is limited by location). Pizza truck is very good as well as a handful of other yummy food options. There were even a couple of black women owned businesses. Love it for something to do/see in a Saturday morning.Written June 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gisela B1 contributionMy family loves Sunflower Farm in Longmont. My kids have been attending their programs and visited their farm for the last 10 years. Their teachers always have that little extra idea and compassion that makes it special for Preschool. It's a magical place for children. And it's still fun for my older kids too. The farmers pick just the right farm tasks for the big kids to feel important.
Especially in these COVID times, it's a much needed break from our everyday and they take so many precautions in regards to the new normal. And Luckily the property is big enough for the kids to enjoy exploring and playing without needing to worry about getting too close to other groups. My kids love the animals, the lama, the horses, Shrek the donkey and the sheep are a family favorite.Written January 12, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Picnic tables and clean restrooms at the entrance. Loved all the bunnies and wildlife (apparently some people behind us came across a rattlesnake so we have to take the road (not the trail) back down the mountain.Written September 5, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mzfit63Longmont, CO49 contributionsThe Rose Garden is awesome when in bloom. Large open space to kick a ball or run around. A huge covered pavilion with ice rink in the winter. We go with chairs sometimes in the shade there. Good ideal for a stroll or bike. Several events big and small take place throughout the year.Written June 11, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Oldfart1939Billings, MT361 contributionsThe museum is now open--the months of June, July, and August. The hour are limited to Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Closed during remainder of the week. Good collection, but found hours inconvenient. I'm posting this as something of an update to a prior post where I questioned if the museum was still viable and open for business.Written June 24, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rob C3 contributionsEverything about this place is good with the exception of what my family has dubbed the "lurkers." These are the resident camp hosts who clean sites after you leave. Check out time is noon... yet they continually drive by in their little golf carts eyeballing you and making you feel somewhat uncomfortable... then you barely are even pulled out of the site and they come swooping in...... Back off for a few minutes!!!!!
Other than this comical experience over at least 5 years of yearly visits, this is a great place in town.Written September 5, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You can see various different farm animals and they have a really cool exhibit of cool information about Longmont Colorado as well as a beautiful view of the lake.Written April 5, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
