The Flamingos are a hoot. (NO PUN INTENEDED) as the male hooted the whole time we were there. BEAUTIFUL PLACE! I had a butterfly poop on me. Was told by staff that was good luck!

This house is a must see when in Key West, its really interesting to learn about Hemingway, what brought him to Key West and his life there - I definitely recommend doing the tour rather than walking it by yourself - our guide Jamie was excellent, so enthusiastic and we learnt a lot about Hemingway's life. My kids enjoyed it (14 and 11 years) and especially meeting all the cats, some with 6 toes!

I absolutely loved this! It is a 2.5 hour ride out to the national park. We went snorkeling which was so much fun! You can also take a tour of the fort or walk it on your own. The waters surrounding the park was the so blueish green I had never seen anything like it.
You get a bagel for breakfast and they also have drinks available. Then they do serve you a sub for lunch with a choice of chips etc. And cookies!

We enjoyed a beautiful Key West afternoon at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. The fort was very interesting, though lacking in signage explaining what you were seeing. Still, very cool place.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, and was a wonderful place to swim. The water was very tropical looking, and was the perfect temperature for swimming.

No trip to Key West would be complete without a visit to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. Two thumbs up!

Entertaining and beautiful experience to have with young children. Live music every night and entertainers keeping your little ones occupied. Not a lot of people when we traveled April 11-16 and it was great to walk around in the morning with hardly anyone around and as well as after sunset.

Various boutiques and souvenir shops, tattoo parlors and dozens of bars and restaurants and it's only about one mile long.

We did this Drive from Miami to Key West as part of an Anniversary Vacation. Don't cheat yourself. Drive slow and watch for small Beach Signs along the way. Most Important, get a Convertible Rental Car to enjoy this Adventure to the Fullest.

Stumbled into this late into our visit to Key West, but my Dad and I are so glad we were able to visit! This ship is one of the most decorated ships from service and fully preserved inside. It's like time stood still. So much information to view, listen, and read on the self-guided tour. Highly recommend!!

Come and take a quick picture. We had a short line to wait through. Nearby street parking. Only need 5 minutes not much else in that immediate area.

Incredible experience!! Excellent tour and explanation of the history of the distillery and its connection to Ernest Hemingway. Amazing samples of four separate Rums as well as a free cocktail in their top of the line cocktail bar. Take advantage of the discounts in the store, too. If you enjoy Rum or Ernest Hemingway, you'll enjoy this.
