This is a must do!! Absolutely beautiful museum with so many aircraft on display. There is a scavenger hunt for children but my three year old grandson was so excited to see the planes we didn’t do the scavenger hunt. Several aircraft to climb Into and interactive displays. You have to show ID when you enter the grounds. No backpacks are permitted inside. Your purse will be checked as you enter the building. My family really enjoyed this museum. Great way to spend a few hours.

177 steps, history, and cute simple museum. Nice climb and scenic view nice, also has small scenic walk on the outside. The young ladies inside were wonderful.

I know Pensacola Beach is the go to beach for just about everyone who visits Pensacola, and for good reason, it's perfect for hanging out and do some people watching, plenty of bars, restaurants, gift shops, large parking lot, etc. But I feel that Johnson Beach deserves some love as well.

Johnson Beach is quite the opposite of Pensacola Beach, there are some restaurants in the area, but it's not as walkable as Pensacola Beach. It's got white sands, clear water, a nearby trail, and large gazebos. This Beach is fantastic! Perfect for walking or going on a job.

Johnson Beach is ideal for those looking for a more relax atmosphere, maybe do a little fishing, or celebrating a special occasion. I personally enjoy it a little more than Pensacola Beach, I love coming here to do a light jog, and sometimes just to be a beach bum.

You pay a fee to park, I like getting the annual pass for $45, I feel it's well worth it. They also offer free public parking a few blocks before you hit the main entrance. It's not as big as the main lot just get there early enough and you'll have more luck finding a parking spot. Orange Beach is just further down the road from Johnson Beach if you want to try something different. Johnson Beach is one of my favorite Beaches, It's truly a hidden gem in Pensacola.

The wahoo (Acanthocybium solandri) is a scombrid fish found worldwide in tropical and subtropical seas. In Hawaii, the wahoo is known as ono.[4] The species is sometimes called hoo in the United States.[5] It is best known to sports, as its speed and high-quality makes it a prized and valued game fish.

    It’s priceless

    It’s like a county fair

It’s like dinner with baseball on the side

    It’s relaxed

    It’s family friendly

    It’s easy parking

    It’s a beautiful view

It’s go for the baseball and enjoy the party

It’s every seat is a good seat

    It’s wahooingly fun!

This was a great experience. The park is small, clean and well maintained. It appears to be managed by the owners. We were able to feed several Macaws and other birds. The animals are very well cared-for. The tour was a quick (about an hour) experience, but worth the hour drive it took to get there. The manager teaches viewers how to safely feed the birds (to prevent getting your fingers nipped). I am not sure of the age-limits for visitors, our group was all adults. Loved it.

My husband and I had never thrown axes before and I thought this would be a lark, but it turned out very well! Papa Grizzly came by to adjust my throwing arms and foot placement and I was actually able to throw an axe! We were repeatedly landing axes and it felt awesome. The place was clean, organized and safe. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for a date night.

The collection of historic buildings and exhibits of the Historic Pensacola Village provide a great insight into the rich history of Pensacola. The self-guided walking tour highlights the history from all eras of Pensacola history. There is a guided tour that is included and takes you into some of the historic building however the timing of the tour didn't work out on our visit. They are also doing renovation on a few building so there were some that were not accessible.

The fort is a well-curated restored historic site. The visitor's center was closed when we were there, but the brochure and historic markers filled in the information.

$6 to enter- Great place to take some scenic walks. They have an observation tower you can climb to the top for some nice views. You can grill out at one of their covered pavilions. You can also rent paddle boards and kayaks. Pretty cool place. We enjoyed our time there.

We took the Blue Angels cruise to watch them practice. This was a very fun two hours with great views and the Blue Angeles coming right over the boat. Staff was extremely friendly.
