Our tour guide, Bill, was funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and middle-aged good looking and we had a lovely time listening to his stories. I was, however, a bit disappointed that the tour consisted of standing outside of buildings while he told us how haunted they are inside. We did not get to go inside a single building and we also did not get to go inside the graveyard, instead, we had to stare over a wall at it. Perhaps this is typical of ghost tours and my idea of what it would be was misguided. So, keep your expectations the same as if you were going on a celebrity house tour, there may be some ghosts in there, but you are not going to get to see them. Instead, expect a historical tour with a smattering of macabre subject matter and a good bit of exercising.
