- Amanda BDaytona Beach, FL54 contributionsCommunication from the time I booked the tour, until the day before was HORRIBLE! That being said, our driver was Belkis. We didn’t get to talk to her much (we had another couple on our trip from Australia and we all chatted a lot).. but Belkis did a great job getting us to each stop and was even able to get us a quick stop for a bite to eat on the road. We made it on time to every tour and all 3 were very educational. We toured four roses, woodford reserve and buffalo trace. Favorite tour was four roses, we had a great guide. Favorite tasting, definitely Woodford reserve, the tasting and food pairing was top tier! Have to say the tour at buffalo trace was a great tour, we even got to see firsthand, bottling Blantons. However, we were definitely let down when it came to the gift shop. They didn’t have any distillery special bottles, everything was readily available at any liquor store. So that was definitely disappointing. Overall, a great trip and highly recommend! - Anita P1 contributionGood tour for novice bourbon lovers, luckily we got Buffalo Trace Distillery, in addition to Woodford Reserve and Jeptha Creek. Buffalo was a full tour and tasting, Woodford was just the gift shop and Jeptha was gift shop and tasting. The tastings were superficial but could be helpful for beginners. It was great that we were able to get an allocated bourbon at Buffalo Trace, as they released Blantons that day. - Tammera B1 contributionYo yo was really nice, and a good driver. Buffalo Trace was a bit of a mix up. Our time got cut short due to rain & traffic. Driver dropped us off & didn’t give us instructions for process. We got down to gift shop & were promptly escorted back to front to check in. The lady that helped us was really sweet- took us to front of line, golf carted us back to gift shop. All tours sold out, not enough time to look around, long lines to purchase. - Christopher V1 contributionWe recently embarked on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail for a friend's bachelor party and were absolutely blown away by the tour provided by our driver Chuck. His knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for bourbon were palpable throughout the entire experience. Chuck expertly adjusted the day around the requests of the groups best man Little Buddy. Chuck ensured we got to enjoy as many distilleries as possible while also making the tour engaging, fun, and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate.
