The Grand Canyon was awe-inspiring. This was a must-do experience. We missed all the crowds which was so nice! No crowds to deal with, or get in the way of the Epic pics I was able to get! He remembered specifics about his guests! It was formative with a comedy flair. Food was delicious and served quick and hot. - Barbara D1 contributionIf you have Antelope Canyon on your bucket list, sign up to go with Jack and Troy. Troy was our guide and took great care of us all day. He shared information about the sites along the way and made sure we were ready for pictures as we drove along. Troy had the trip perfectly timed and made sure we had snacks, water and bathroom breaks Our guide at Antelope Canyon, Franko, made sure we took the perfect photos and even took the time to take photos of each of us. - Nora R1 contributionReally nice drivers that took us to our destinations without any delays and in a safely matter, working with a very talkative guide that was making jokes the whole time which made the hours go a little bit easier and less tedious. The places visited in this tour and incredibly looking and the local guides explain everything in such details that make learning a lot more fun. - TP2 contributionsI'm overall satisfied with the tour and experience. The natural beauty of the canyons and surrounding areas was stunning, and I appreciated that we were able to stop at Zion and hike in the canyon. This was possible because we were in a small van rather than a large tour bus. The pickup was on time, and our guide, Marcelo, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His commentary was engaging, and I learned some interesting facts about Las Vegas that were new to me. He also provided great tips on other attractions to explore in the city.
The tour allowed enough time to visit the canyons, enjoy the hikes, and make a few stops for snacks, restrooms, etc. However, it would have been nice to stop at a visitor center for souvenirs, though I understand this might have cut into our hiking time.
My only real issue was the use of a minivan instead of a large tour bus. As a solo traveler, I prefer larger buses to avoid sitting so closely with strangers and to have more space. Unfortunately, the back of the van was cramped, and I didn’t have enough legroom which made the ride uncomfortable. While I understand the advantages of using a smaller vehicle, I wish it had been made clear beforehand that the tour would use a minivan. Had I known, I might have chosen a different option..

So I thought, why not just take a tour to the Grand Canyon? And this tour with Luis turns out to be the highlight of my stay! I recommend this excursion from Las Vegas very highly! They made sure we were ready and safety trained. The water was cold and the sandwiches were fresh. - Simone B1 contributionMax Tours certainly know how to provide for a tour. Great Bus, friendly knowledgeable and fun facts tour guide in Robyn. Made sure that we all got great photos and ensured that she took us to the best spots for the best pictures. Unreal stories and information on the Dam tour.
Overall it was a great 1/2 day tour and I would highly recommend you do this Hoover Dam Tour. Also make sure you select the tour with the Below tour of the Dam as well.
