What travellers are saying
- Clifford SCoatesville, PA16 contributionsThis is a great family-friendly stop. We went with four adults and three children (4, 3, and nine weeks). Colorful fish, sharks, rays, turtles, moray eels, penguins, etc. Takes about an hour or so. Children can stand along a ledge that abuts the glass viewing window.
Follow-up with visit to Jenkinson's Amusement Park, which has lots of rides for younger children.Written August 20, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. All of the expected Jersey shore boardwalk attractions were available. The one complaint I would have might be that so much of especially food items were overpriced - sometimes dramatically so.Written August 3, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ken FHigh Point, NC197 contributionsFishing at the Manasquan / Point Pleasant inlet is always a good place to spend a day. There are so many spectacular boats to watch that even if fishing is slow you can enjoy the scenery. Did catch a bunch of flounder but they were all undersized and had to go back in and grow up!
Point Lobster Company took over a bar on Rte. 35 in town and is a good place to eat dinner. The beach requires passes and they are now 13.00 for the day. Kind of a ripoff.
If you have kids the pier is a good place to take them for mini-golf, rides, and games.
Still a fun place to visit.Written July 31, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Rotating stock...when the kegs kicked it’s done. So grab a to-go crowler of your favorite before it’s gone. Not currently filling growlers due to COVID. And no ciders due to NJ brewery laws. Bring your own dinner in...like all breweries, they don’t have a food menu. Outdoor environment would benefit from some decoration. Feels empty.Written August 8, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- pfefmeisterSan Francisco, CA3,043 contributionsCute little town with three antique stores right next door to each other. This one is the largest of the three and has a varied selection of merchandise scattered over two floors. Nice helpful staff, the store is worth checking out.Written August 8, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Richard BKauai, HI6 contributionsThe shop owner (Tom) is a talented photographer. He has an excellent eye, especially for nature and fish photos. He’s is also a conservationist. He does a lot of CPR (Catch, photo & release) fishing. He uses mostly all reclaimed wood for framing his work or yours.
Originally met him by bringing one of my sons photos he shot on a family vacation and Tom framed it for us.Written June 10, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They have such an amazing selection of home decor and furniture to suit current styling trends from boho to farmhouse, coastal, vintage, shabby chic. I’ve purchased so many items I’ve lost count....vintage ladder, farmhouse table, unique Easter, Fall and Christmas decor, planters, dishes, a laundry sign, salvaged windows to hang on the wall, candles...the list goes on. The store is 2 floors and every person that works there is super friendly and helpful. So much inspiration everywhere you turn!Written August 11, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
